The hotel rooms were not the same as pictured in the website. You were only allowed a certain amount of towels otherwise fees will be charge. Rooms were not cleaned at all. Felt like we were home. If you needed more towels, you have to wash your own. We were not even informed about the charge for towels. The pictures in the site were pictures of rooms if you're interested in buying timeshare, so it was misleading. The rooms were really in need of a major upgrading.

Room was very nice. Constant pressure about attending a time share seminar.

From the minute we checked in they tried to sell us time share. Check-in staff told us that we would have to pay $240 for an inner tube for the lazy river unless we went on time share tour. We knew this was not the truth. When we told them we weren't going on any tours they gave us a smelly room in the middle of their construction area. They did not give us a villa that we prepaid for (1 bedroom w/full kitchen and balcony). Instead they gave us a 1 bedroom suite (no balcony, kitchenette). They did not provide wash clothes or sheets for the pullout couch. They did not even have a bedspread on the bed. I do not recommend this place. It was the opposite of relaxing.

I was a little conserned about staying there after I read some of the reviews about the time-share promotions, but once I was there check in was fast and easy, they asked me once if I was interested in a tour and I said I was not interested, they did not try to hassel me and I am tempted to contact them for information, because once I was there for the week I realized what a great place it is for the family, we would spend the days at the local parks and then head back to the villa about 4pm for dinner and swimming, what other hotel do you not mind going back to at 4pm in the afternoon, we had our own villa, the baby could nap and the other kids could go swimming and or watch their own TV in their own room. It was great. I would definetly recommend this resort. And I am looking forward to staying again. In the morning I would go outside and it was so quite and peaceful....I loved it....

Two bedrooms with large living area and kitchen. No maid service, the pools and activities are to far away from room, you have to drive in your car to get to the pool, did not feel like resort. Feels to much like you are staying at a neighborhood than hotel /resort. Have to drive to pool and activities. Have to pay for tube at lazy river. No maid service did not feel like I was on vacation, more like I was staying at someones house in their neighborhood.

This place was amazing!! We had a 3 bdrm, 3 bath with screened in patio condo. The boys enjoyed swimming and the mini-golf course. Across the highway was a Super Target where we did our grocery shopping. There was also a Walgreens across the highway where we could develop our pictures and they had some Florida soveniers. McDonalds down the road. We were very close to Walt Disney World. Staff was very friendly and met all our needs. Very secure property with a security officer at gate to make sure you had the paper on your dash showing you were with the property before being able to enter.

Check-in wait time was about 30 minutes and they serve snacks while u wait, but other than that the resort is an excellent place for a vacation. My kids did not want to leave the place. The staff is great. The pools are huge and heated, The suite was very roomy and very clean with full kitchen with pans and pots, cups and everything you need; living area, screen balcony, washer and drier in unit, high speed wireless internet connection right in the room. It was awesome. I recommended it, and that you don't sign up for the timeshares cause they say is a 1 1/2 hour presentation but it last about five hours. I will never fall for that. I rather not get any free or reduce price stuff. There is no room service or free breakfast, but they give you enough blankets and stuff to last u several days. So I would stay here again.

I like all the amenities on the resort. You have to drive to get to all the resort amenities. The resort was great! It's very close to all the Disney Parks. The shuttle service is not free and watch out for the timeshare hounders!

The hotel was in a great location to all of the parks. The room was spacious and very nice. We had a kitchen which helped out with many of the meals. The pool was large and kid friendly. Lots of fun activities to do at the hotel!

The complex is huge, need to update their maps. Totally surprised when we entered our room. We got a small apartment with two bedrooms two baths, a full kitchen, TV in every room, DVD. It was very clean.

There is a $/day resort fee they will charge you. We stayed 6 nights, so this was an extra $ charged by OLCC (Orange Lake Country Club). The front desk never made any mention of this fee. When I contacted online about it, they called the front desk twice, and I was told it would be refunded since nobody ever mentioned the additional daily fee. Never was refunded. These fees should be part of your nightly rate. The 2 bedroom suite was great. It exceeded my expectations. I did start getting calls shortly after arriving. I never answered, in fact after reading the reviews before going, I decided to just unhook the phone for our entire trip, which I did. We have no use for hotel phones, we just use our cell phones. We did visit the pool one night. It was a little chilly out and I was surprised to find the very large outdoor pool was heated. The water was salty, maybe too many chemicals, not sure.. We never had time to check out the other entertainment on the grounds. We booked our week full of Disney and Universal Studio events and were not at Orange Lake long enough to do anything.

I liked the amenities at the resort, however, the 2bdrm villas need to be updated. I did not care for the extra fees for the tube rental and f giant slide. There is always something tio do, but everything closed so early. Overall it was a pleasant stay sm and would recommend it to my friends.

Lazy river. Constant phone calls for the tour. It had everything in the room, Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, blender for pina coladas, washer, dryer, and ice maker in the freezer. Home away from home.

Clean and Neat. Reasonable Price Range. Very Annoying Calls to the room for advertising the hotel dining and golf as well as one phone call for a tour of the timeshare. Difficult for Non-Owners to check in. One check out line for renters.

Our family loved this resort, it was not only beautiful, it was so big and so much to do. There are shuttles that run every 20 min to take everyone to all of the different resort locations as there are a few of them. Waterpark which includes a lazy river was great. There was so much to do on premises, there is no need to even leave the resort. Super Target is across the highway and Disney a few miles away. We were extremley happy and will stay again next year.

The food was great. The children loved the pools. Friendly staff all around. The one thing I found was that it was just a bit hard to find when we arrived. And we didn't realize there were two entrances. The resort was great. We spent 2 days where we never left the resort. It had everything we needed. And we saved money not having to go to a water park. It was great. The villa had everything we needed. The price was wonderful, the resort was of a higher scale then others we have stayed at. I will make this my place to stay every time now.

Excellant facility. Large enough to require car to get to certain locations, but there is a shuttle service also. We were upgraded to a two bedroom villa right next to one of many pools. Eating on site is reasonably priced considering the type of resort. The lodging is expensive but the package deal made it affordable, especially for larger families (the villas have full Kitchen facilities). Be aware however that this is a time-share resort and you will be pressured to consider their offers to buy. Some of the water sports (boat rentals, etc) seemed overpriced but the golf was reasonable.

Very at home feel with unlimited number of pools. Time share bugging. This hotel was amazing! There is a guard at the gate 24/7 so you feel secure. With 3 different golf courses, 5+ swimming pools, huge game rooms, fitness rooms, self made beach, etc. You can not go wrong.
