The hotel was very convenient to the Palais de Congress where my conference was. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years. This year the staff was the most friendly ever and being from NY I was almost embarrassed by how nice they were. It was a very pleasurable stay.

This hotel is perfect for any couple or busniess person looking to get to know the beautiful city of Strasbourg. Just footsteps away from the tram and a short walk to the European Union buildings its a perfect location. The Rooms are spacious, well kept and have large bathrooms. The staff is also very kind and fluent in english as well as many other languages

Parking, easy access to town, breakfast, bar and public areas very nice, front desk was very nice/helpful. Kitchen staff was grumpy! Rooms were large, but not as fresh and clean as expected. Great access by walking or tram to town center, but not right in the center. Good for parking and getting in and out of city for exploring. Ended our nights in the nice bar downstairs. Good hotel overall.

Excellent, extremely helpful staff, wonderfully convenient location. Nothing! This very conveniently located, attractive property boasts spacious rooms, fluent staff willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our every need, and excellent access to the tram.
