Very good hotel accomodation as expected from a trusted Name Excellent one night stay. Remember that the parking is in the St John multistory car park with a ticket validated by the hotel to give the nights stay at £5.00

Great Place to stopGreat position, very central to all nightlife, Albert dock and shopping. We stayed as going to a concert and would definitely use again. Our room included a breakfast and this was excellent. Good time had by all.

Lovely decor, an office/sitting room suite and great bathroom. Staying at the Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre was a great experience. It couldn't be more convenient for the railway and has a number of nice restaurants and a theatre nearby. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. If only all British hotels were this nice.

Rooms are bigger than most European Hotels. Unremarkable. Pleasant hotel in the center of Liverpool. Close to shopping and pubs. However, most of the interesting attractions are at Albert's dock, which is a long walk. Would stay there again if there was no good hotels available that were closer to Albert's dock.

holiday Inn Liverpool ticks all the boxes!On arrival at The Holiday Inn Liverpool, I knew immediately it was going to be a great stay. The Consierge was so friendly and helpful as was the Receptionist and all the staff I came in contact with. I will definitely be making a return visit to the city of Liverpool and will definitely be staying at The Holiday Inn! Excellent!

Central location great for shopping and night life. We found the staff on reception and door very helpful and friendly. Good basic facilities with easy parking right next door to the hotel, at a reduced rate.

we stayed for one night, the receptionist who checked us in was fantastic, he was very knowlegable about the area and gave good advice for where to eat. We had breakfast the next morning it was lovely and fresh and was plenty to choose from. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent service; very helpful staffThe Holiday Inn, Liverpool is perfectly situated for acces to all the travel links and the cultural and shapping facilities of Liverpool. We found the hotel was juts what we wanted for a short break to enjoy the amenties of Liverpool. We were welcomed by a friendly receptionist with whom we chatted and she went out of her way to show us the room for our approval. We found all the staff, cleaners, bar-staff and dining staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, clean, modern and well managed. We have no complaints and will be returning one day and will recommend it to everyone.

Loud, thumping pop music in the reception was not very welcoming! Fortunately it was quiet elsewhere.Well-appointed, comfortable room, good location. Excellent breakfasts, apart from the breakfast cereals (all sugar-laden Kellogs stuff) – though the coffee could be improved. Didn’t have evening meal there as menu was pretty stodgy – no salads in sight.Helpful & courteous staff (a bit brusque at reception). Wd stay there again.

The room was what we expected. the food in the restaurant wasn't as good as we had hoped - next time we will go elswhere.we were unfortuanate to be sharing the same landing as hen night party goers - i think that there were several groups on our floor which kind of put a dampener on our romantic night away without the children. Location brilliant - straight out of Lime Street station to the hotel.All of the staff were very friendly - even the door staff after 1am.We will stay again but i will check in advance if we will be on the partying till 4am floor!!

Review of Holiday Inn Liverpool City CentreOnly reservation: Business centre was a dead loss. They could not even print off a paper from a memory stick. Otherwise the hotel was fine - friendly and efficient.

Holiday Inn LiverpoolHotel is in a good location - right in the city cenre and easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpfull when asked to arrange taxi to the airport and wake up call. Breakfast was tasty and served until 11am on weekends which is good for a lie in. Room was clean & serviced daily. Bed was comfortable. Range of toiletries in the room was limited but essentials are available for free at reception. Would have been better if these were in the room. There was a large patch of rust on the bath rail which was not very nice. It should have been replaced long ago. Got woken up a few times over the 3 nights stay by doors banging and shouting in the corridors but got back to sleep quickly. Hotel is good value for money and right in the centre of liverpool which is perfect for a city break. Would probably stay there again.
