The hotel is well located for those attending events at the Green Bay convention center or for those wishing to do business in the downtown core. The hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. During the Christmas holidays the dining room offers extremely limited service which requires guests to find other dining establishements for dinner. The holidays also result in reduced housekeeping services being available. However, in terms of value and friendly service the downtown Holiday Inn serves its purpose well.

We travel alot.First time in MANY years that I was in a hotel(besides Super 8) where there was no in room refrig. All wall seams appear to be spreading. We got a double when asked for king. Our friends got a king, they do exist. Hot tub was broken.

The Holiday Inn City Centre was located on the Fox River, with easy access to restaurants and other tourist sites in the area. The room was large and comfortable, although it was a little noisy on Friday night with the other activities in the hotel. The front desk staff were most helpful, and the dinner meal we had in their dining room was equivalent to what you can expect at a Holiday Inn anywhere. We enjoyed our visit in Green Bay, and this was a good place to use as a base of operations.

hotel is right downtown within walking distance of a lot of things. we went out on the town and were able to relax in the pool and hot tub until 5 AM! the room was comfortable and the people were friendly

I thought it was gonna be a better room. The location was good but the room wasn't clean an nice.

None. Very old and stale. Needs lots of remodeling and refurbishing. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

We had a great time in Greenbay. The hotel was close to everything there. However just a note, they only have double beds. We were a little cozy.

Blanket on bed dirty. Towels were very thin. Room needed complete cleaning.

Nice location, close to downtown businesses. Older facility, musky smell. Decent hotel for the price paid. Normal rates can be compared with hotels that are more updated. After reading the reviews I was hesitant about my decision to go with Priceline. The hotel wasn't scary or disgustingly unclean, but wasn't anything that I'd pay $80 a night for either. The windows do not open, so you cannot air out the room it seemed that a bunch of air freshener was sprayed in the room by housekeeping. Wireless Internet worked perfect with my mac. Hotel allowed for early check in and the counter person was friendly and informative.

The location of this hotel is nice. The only thing that was unusual was the wall clock - the second hand ticked loud; I removed the battery so I could sleep - but I put it back before I checked out. This hotel is right on the Fox River - I really liked it!

Staff was efficient and professional. Restaurant staff was exceptional and made the experience very worthwhile. Rooms were nice and everything was arranged for my convenience during the stay. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels, but this one was very nice.

Considering the large crowd we had, they were accommodating. The dogs did well in the hotel. The bar and restaurant had a marina theme and the view was very nice with river views.

They were accommodating to change us from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. The pool water was wonderfully warm. We felt like we were an inconvenience by the staff in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed staying at the hotel overall. Hotel staff wasfriendly and accommodating except for the restaurant staff. We were treated rudely and felt like we were inconveniencing them. We would not eat there again, but would stay at the hotel again.

Free parking. Rooms are very outdated for a Holiday Inn. Very cheesie looking. Definitely one of the worse hotelI have stayed from Holiday Inn. Looks like a 1970 hotel with the same smell and feel.

Very poor staff. Dirty, trash not emptied. This hotel apparently caters to the local geriatric set. It was aging, the lounge singer pathetic and the clientele was senior. The staff was very poorly groomed and prone to gathering and holding conversations. There was an overflowing trash bin at the front door for the entire weekend. The bathroom had no ventilation, except to provide a audible glimpse into other rooms.
