Clean, safe property just off the square. Staff is very friendly and attentive to guest requests. Next time I am in Krakow I'll be staying here for sure

Stayed here a few days on business, excellent location, good breakfast inlcuded in room rate; rooms are very clean, great friendly horel staff; excellent customer service, and tram lines just down the street to all locations.

Great Location so close to the Market Square. The staff was the greatest I have ever experienced. They responded immediately to every question or concern that I had. The room service was very fast and the dinner was excellent.

This is a very nice hotel that is only a few blocks from the main square. The staff is very friendly and attentive. One hint...if you are looking for a room with a double bed (not twin beds), call ahead and get one assigned. I spent 3 nights on a tiny bed!

This property is conveniently located just outside the city center making it ideal for any type of trip to Krakow. The property is immaculately maintained and the rooms are quite large. The staff is courteous and accommodated all my needs.

"I absolutely loved Krakow and the Holiday Inn City Centre was great location,amazing breakfast buffet,helpful staff, quiet,good business center which I needed for internet ,great value. I would certainly return. the city is so charming,historic,clean,friendly,beautiful, good food, great shopping, walkable, outdoor plazas and cafes,just a good feeling overall.We are already planning a return trip. Always best to go before or after summer."
