For the last eight years I was stay in this hotel every six months. For me is one of the best hotels in Chihuahua

Very clean - new construction - top notch facility. They did not complete my requested wake-up call. We arrived at the hotel late from the Ferry just as the restaurant was closing. Along with 5 guys who we came to the hotel on our recommendation, we thought they might extend their hours slightly to feed us, but they sent us out to Burger King on our own. I thought feeding and providing beverages for 7 people would have been a good thing for the hotel and us guests. We were disappointed and thought they did not do their job. This along with failure to provide wake-up call (I set the alarm or otherwise would have missed our 6 am train) was disappointing.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Suites Chihuas was first rate. From the bilingual staff to the excellent housekeeper to the waitstaff in the restaurant (especially during happy hour!), we were treated as well or better than at any other hotel I have ever stayed in--certainly at any Holiday Inn. The restaraunt and pool were very nice, if not a bit crowded and the workout room was tiny, but I suppose these are things to expect. El Centro was within easy walking distance, but what we had to walk through was not too pleasant. Take the twenty peso cab ride, especially at night.
