The full continental breakfast. Just not a fan of fake eggs. There was a nigh club/bar near the lobby. The music was a bit loud for the other occupant on the first floor. Average at best.

i was just tired and wantd to relax for a weekend and so booked a reservation in holiday inn. but this stress buster was like a vacation for me. i had a great time in this hotel. the service provided by the hotel staff is worth and more than the expectation. the pools here are amazing. the restaurant there star of india has authentic indian food. i must also appreciate the fitness facility and my pet daffny also seemed to be very happy. i had a great time here and would suggest this hotel to others as well. i am planning my next weekend there once again. all the readers just dont read but plan your trip.

The staff was great to work with and they were so helpful. My room was kept very clean and was in very good form. This location makes getting around Chico so great. There is also a fabulous spa and salon within a mile. Giada with Aveda.

well the hotel is really beautiful and the atmosphere is pleasant. the service provided the staff was excellent. i stayed there for 5 days and would refer this hotel to my friends and family. feel like going there again.

staff were friendly and helpful, however the hotel is run down and the room was very dirty. Stains on the bedding, carpet dirty and soiled, mold in bathroon and shower.

Desk clerk very pleasant. Check in was easy. Room very nice overlooked pool area. Easy access to Chico. We had a great 5 days. Service good. Not crazy about Indian food. Restaurant for lunch ; Indian buffet and dinner was Indian cuisine with some American foods. Shuttle at 4AM to Chico airport on time. Again staff very pleasant. Would stay there again.

Staff very helpful. Restaurant excellent. Breakfast Buffet Wonderful. The exercise room is not open before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. Overall, a good place to stay. Met or exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful with every little thing I needed.

Cafe for breakfast was too small to accommodate the number of free breakfast coupons they handed out. No chairs, silverware, and ran out of food, and closed too early. Television didn't work, waited an hour for maintenance, finally insisted to change rooms. The bar had broken cooler could not provide draft beer, had been broken for a week. Typical Holiday Inn.

Friendly helpful staff and hot breakfast and refrigerator in room. No hair conditioner provided - just shampoo and lotion. Nice facility. Friendly helpful staff. Large room with refrigerator. Nice outdoor pool area. Excellent hot breakfast complimentary. Evening entertainment / club.

Very clean, nice towels, friendly staff. TV reception not very good-little info on channels available. Haven't stayed at Holiday Inn in years. Much better hotel than expected. Good staff. Clean, attractive rooms. Good parking. Felt safe.

Beds were super duper comfy! Loved the pillow choices. The breakfast was understaffed and they ran out of everything. The rooms were small but very comfortable and quiet. However, the breakfast was a disaster: understaffed, ran out of literally everything including regular coffee! There was a guest with no shoes, a puppy on a rope, and nobody asked him to leave the dining room. I'm surprised nobody just layed right down and threw a Gigantic Tantrum.

Being awoken at 2:00 am with noise/commotion of party crowd--hotel is in college community notorious for party atmosphere. Management was not aware. Adequate for purpose of trip (visiting son in college community). AC Mattress quality poor, and no vent fan in bathroom to defog. Torn chair cover. Somewhat shabby feel, hot breakfast (waffles and omelet) nice touch, however, need to organize better. Plenty of towels.

The bed. Rooms were old and small. Hotel room was cramped and small. Had a hard time getting around bed due to other furniture in the way. Seemed like it had been painted over by a person who wasn't too interested in doing a good job. Wallpaper in bathroom was old and peeling. Complimentary breakfast had cold potatoes, eggs and pancakes (even though they were in steam trays), otherwise was good. Staff was exceptionally courteous.
