The pillows were divine. Three of them and a cute message. View from the window was the service entrance, not enough coffee for 2 adults. The hotel is clean and very convenient access. Staffed well and a nice bellhop made unpacking very pleasant. Nice big lobby.

Our only complaint is that our non-smoking room had the odor of smoke (as did that whole section of the hotel). But it wasn't too strong, and either it went away or we got used to it. Over all, this hotel was exactly what we needed. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, and I would definitely book this same hotel next time we are in Cheyenne, and I recommend it to others.

My mom and I were making a trip from Chicago to Portland and we needed a great place to rest and grab some good food to eat. This hotel provided great, clean rooms and comfortable beds. A great resturant with wonderful, friendly staff. We ate, we slept and we kept on driving. This could not have been a better stop for us.

The staff that checked us in was very friendly. Room was too hot, called desk was told it took a while and that staff was rude and hung up on me. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed under the desk. The air conditioner was not working correctly making it very hot in the room and hard to sleep.

Great location off the highway and convenient to downtown. The lobby is great with a stone fireplace and leather club chairs. There was free wireless access so I sat in the lobby with my laptop, a glass of wine and did some work. It was really nice - I felt like I was in a lodge. the room looked new and it was a good size. I received free breakfast because I am a Priority Club member which was nice. Room service was decent. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. They were trying to tal me into coming back for Cheyenne Frontier Days (a rodeo I think)! They all seem very excited about it.

When we went to visit Cheyenne, we were doing so to visit a friend in the Air Force. I chose the Holiday Inn because it was the only hotel in the area with BOTH a pool and a hot tub. The issue I had when I checked in was that there was no hot tub. They removed it a week prior. I would recommend this hotel if you don't want a hot tub, and want to be right by downtown Cheyenne, but not have the busy downtown atmosphere. Its in a great location, and the rooms were very nice.

I like to stop at a hotel that is right off the highway which this hotel is. Unfortuately it is an older hotel that has had some upgrades. It isn't a bad hotel but not one I would stay at again. I like Holiday Inn's Express hotels with the breakfast area. This hotel doesn't have that instead has a resturant. I wanted something quick to pick up and go. It really isn't a bad hotel but I would not stay there again. If I was traveling with my husband and not alone this time, he and I would have liked very much the lounge to have a drink at. That feature looked nice.

The Cheyenne Holiday Inn is a clean hotel and the rate was reasonable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the lobby is very nice. The room size was very adequate and the beds were comfortable. Cleanliness in a hotel is very important to me, and it met to my satisfaction.

The location could not be better, off I80, close to downtown, close to I25. The room was very comfortable. Great to have the bar and restaurant at the property. Timely room service.

Upscale lobby really welcomes the weary traveler - esp. the fireplace and chairs. Nice dining area. Food could have been a little better.Overall would stay there again.

Atmosphere and all the extras more pillows, nice lounge. No complaints. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff in every area dining, lounge, front desk. All very helpful with directions and good suggestions of what to do in Cheyenne. THANKS for making our stay FUN.

Air conditioner did not work in room Staff didn't follow through with promise of refund if unhappy. Notified manager and corporation without any return call or follow up thus far after 2 weeks Won't stay there again.

Friendly staff and great swimming pool. Poor WiFi connections, room cleaned late in the afternoon, local calls 50 cents and room key had to be re-programed 3 times during stay. Nice accommodations, just not up to the price I paid. Kind of disappointed.

Outstanding value, very nice accomodations. Only 1 person on the staff can redeem the breakfast voucher, we were delayed because of this. A well-kept older hotel property. Very competent staff, and a very comfortable room.

Room reservations could not be made for queen sized beds at time of reservation. Hotel upgraded reservations to queen size beds prior to arrival.
