It was clean, attractive, hi tech and nicely located. There was nothing I did not like. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was more than I expected. I upgraded to business class. My room, along with the amenities was quite nice. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet and a superb menu. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was excellent for value received.

A modern hotel, with spacious, well kept rooms. Pretty good deal for the price. Breakfast selection huge, worth paying the extra. Only downside, not very near subway & sights, got a lot of taxis - they are cheap in Beijing tho'.

We had a fabulous time at the hotel. Storm was more than happy to take care of any reservations and arrange travel plans for all of our journeys. The hotel is not in middle of the city, but is easily accessible by taxi. As far as the staff, they spoke fairly good english and were more than capable of exceeding their 3 star rating. I'm sure the secret will be out soon on Beijing's best kept secret. Book while you can.

We had an unbelieveable experince from the hotel staff in making this first trip to China feel like being treated like roylaty. Staff was so helpfull and pleasant that there was nothing left to want or desire that was not provided to me and my family during our stay. The reviews about Storm the concierge are true and the help he provided made it that much more of a pleasure to awake each morning to know more about what is happening around the hotel and the city. We stayed at the hotel during the week prior to the Olympics and the opening weekend. We did not have Opening ceremony tickets but the hotel setup their Executive Loung with an open bar and hor d'oeuvres for guest to view the event on their big screen TV. It was great to be with other guest from other countries and enjoy the moment.

Good facilities; free email; nice accommodations and public spaces. A bit out of the way. Very good hotel. Comfortable, good facilities. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price.

Friends recommended it. We booked the Execuitve Floor room, great room, neatless cleaned, with happy hour drinks and snacks on the top floor lounge. Location is away from the stressy center, advantage since you can see the ""old"" Beijing. Walk through the side streets, Hutongs experiencing the real China. Dunkeys pulling fruit wagons, you wouldn't see this in the center. We loved the breakfast...what a treat, and the staff were amazing. The doorgirls, concierge, helpfull staff everywhere. A taxi ride to the city center costs 3 Euro. A great deal, we will be back.
