The desk staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant was accommodating and the food good. The room was mediocre, no more.The location is not good at all. The shuttle service is severely lacking and the driver was not helpful and was rude. The reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to the train station and the promise of a free shuttle from the airport, to the train station and destinations within 5 miles of the hotel. The hotel is in an industrial area so, being a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable going out walking and there was really no where to walk to, as in stores, etc. I arrived early afternoon and was told it would be better to get a shuttle at the airport, it would take too long to get ours out there to you so I paid for a ride into town. My son and daughter in law got into town late that night and had to pay to get to the hotel because, the shuttle only ran until 10 PM. I arranged for the shuttle for 6 AM the next morning for my son, daughter in law and myself to get to the train. The driver was agitated and rude that he had to wait until 6 to leave and then, at 6, we went out to find there was barely room in the van for one more person, certainly not three. Once again we had to pay for our transportation. This was just not a good experience at all and I was especially put off because it got our vacation off to a bad start.

Overall our stay at the hotel was fine. The shuttle service as great. I needed rides to and from the convention center and they were very accommodating. It was snowing heavily on the day of our departure, but the shuttle drive got us to the airport safely and in good time. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was nice, clean, and the heating/cooling system worked beautifully.

Shuttle bus service had excellent drivers. Not in walking distance to area attractions. Comfortable, attractive, clean and user friendly. Staff was professional and courteous. Accommodations were good except for snack vending machines.

The hotel has a restaurant that transforms into a nightclub at 10pm We stayed while a rodeo group was there and it was intermittetly loud until about 1:00AM. Rooms were clean, food not bad.

Good restaurant/bar next to lobby with nightly dancing. Opportunities to be sociable, if desired. Beds hard--not comfortable. Great free shuttle within 5 mile radius. Overall, service was good, including room service. Fast, free internet.

The staff and rooms were all you could ask for, but the location is name is deceptive. The hotel is only 3 miles from the Lo-Do, but not three miles you can walk easily as it is in the middle of an industrial area surrounded by freeway. The courtesy shuttle saved my trip from disaster, just wish it ran later than 10 pm.

nice hotel, good restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The free shuttle to and from the airport and to downtown made the trip very easy and saved us a lot of money on cab fares or renting a car

The service was not that bad but the location was bad. The location. The staff was friendly but the location I did not like it the service was comfortable. I spent a good time at the hotel.

One of the few near downtown Denver that fit in my tight travel budget- it has a reasonable rate and a free shuttle service to downtown & to the airport. Rather than spending an extra 100 on rental car bill the hotel staff arranged for shuttle to pick me up at the airport's rental car drop of-- thats going above and beyond in my book! The only complaint is a mix up with payment, which the staff was quick to correct

This was a very central located hotel for the Denver area, easy to see from the highway but it was a little hard to get to.

I was attending a meeting in Downtown Denver and needed to be able to walk between several locations - this hotel is more than 7 miles from downtown. Even though the hotel has a free shuttle, this was not feasible for my needs.

Great room, accommodating and helpful staff! Location. My room was comfortable, roomy, bright and quiet. It was better than I expected for a Holiday Inn. All of the staff people I met were very friendly and helpful!

The staff service was sensational. They went out of their way to be helpful. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. Although located 3 miles from the center of town, they provided transportation to meetings and airports. The room was clean and inviting. I had a very good experience.
