Conveniently located downtown, it is a short walk to the convention center, restaurants, shops, a museum, the performing arts center, and public transportation. This is a fairly small hotel, but the rooms are clean and have the usual amenities. They also have a pool and jogging track, but my visit was too short for me to investigate. I would stay here again for its convenience and friendly staff. The hotel sits on the perimeter of city construction, which I did not hear once inside the hotel. It may be a problem if driving in -- ask the staff.

All of the staff was fantastic, friendly. The whole place was spotless, and clean, and very quite. Would go back. The bathroom, door to close to toilet, did not like sink at all. We found the hotel very nice, the staff was great and friendly, including housekeeping. The room was great, except for the bathroom, it was very small, and the large sink was a inconvenience when trying to get close to the mirror to shave, put on makeup, etc. I would do away with those completely. But over all I would give it all A's.

This hotel is in a great location. It's easy to get to, there are plenty of bars and restaurants, museums, library, gallery, parks, etc. within walking distance. It's a great location for either business, family fun or singles that want to mingle. The hotel staff are all very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel has a great rooftop pool, a wonderful restaurant and bar. My only constructive criticism is that they need to upgrade their rooms, especially their bathrooms. They look dated. but otherwise, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I did notice some floors were closed for renovation. I would stay here again.

The service was great exhibited by all employed being very friendly and helpful. The location necessitated additional cost for parking. Overall the stay was pleasant with very friendly staff. The facilities with the exception of the cost for and inconvenience of the parking were very good.

From Customer Service to the Room it was a wonderful trip. The breakfast was great, as well as the view from the room. True 10

the hotel staff was great and very helpful, as well as the food servers for room service. I would make a suggestion that they extend room service hours past 10pm , and or have a refrigerator in the rooms

The friendliness of the employees. The cards in the rooms about safety made me feel that maybe it wasn't a safe hotel to be in.

I was very un-happy with the quality of the hotel room. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't stay here again!!

Great staff! Great location! Lovely room! No refrigerator or microwave in the room. This hotel met my expectations plus more! It the rooms and the lobby are beautifully decorated. Everyone from the time I stepped out of my car was super nice! They changed me to room with a king sized bed (since it was just me and my husband) very quickly with no hassle at all!

Rooms were nice and the beds were really comfortable. I hated the fact that I had to pay $16 a night for parking. $16 a night for parking is ridiculous. The only other option is to park and walk back to the hotel which only saves you $4 a day. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would have loved the hotel if it were not for the parking charges.

Towels, and wash clothes were not restocked each day. I had to ask for them after the second day. Vending machines didn't work. Pool and hot tub not clean. The toilet tissue was not replaced on the second day. I was unable to rent a movie through the hotel service, my entire stay. Twice I was called by room service to see if I worked with the guy in room across the hall. I was told their paper work said we knew each other from work. I was unable to convince the man on the phone. That no one in that hotel I worked with, and that I didn't tell the hotel where I worked. When this happened on day 3 again. I asked the gentlemen his name and he hung up. I reported this both times to the front desk. There was no resolve. Then my final bill had a 12 dollar parking fee for the first day. I had clear the matter up, that I had taken a taxi, and did not have a car to park.
