This Place is a Shit hole with a capitol S. Roof was leaking all over Building, even though it wasn't even raining outside. We requested a non smoking room, Room we got smelled like we were sleeping in the middle of an Ashtray. Went to the Hotel Bar for a night cap, There was a uniformed cop behind Bar (don't even want to know what that was about) Ordered two Beers,Payed for it with a twenty, Bartender tried to Give me Change for a t en. Tried to take Shower in Our Room ,Guess what,PeepHole in the ceiling Right over Bath tub. Parking lot was ice covered, lucky we didn't fall and break our necks. I would have to be Homeless to want to stay here again P.s no Continental BreakFast.

When we got to our room, I went to the bathroom to find a used towel and toilet tissue on the floor. It had obviously never been cleaned from the guests before. We called the front desk and were told to come down and they would assign us another room. They barely apologized. The next room was somewhat better, but we still wondered about what was not cleaned that we could not easily detect. We would not stay there again.

Here is a list of problems encountered at my stay in this hotel: 1. Room was on second floor and there is no elevator. Had to carry all luggage up stairs and across a ramp to room. 2. There was mildew on the bathroom walls and faucets. Requests for cleaning were ignored. 3. Coffee maker not clean. 4. It took repeated requests to get a rollaway bed to the room, and when it arrived the sheets were not clean and the bed frame was rusty and bent,it looked like it had been salvaged from a dumpter. 5. Hot tub and surrounding area were not clean, and the tub jets did not work. 6. A comment card was not readily available to express all the problems listed above. I think Travel website should drop the Holiday Inn Cedar Falls from their list of acceptable accommodations and direct people to other hotels.

The room was fine. Parking terrible. Desk receptionist at check in did what she had to, no enthusiasm. Two weddings at the same time made the lobby area loud & crowded. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke outside the motel at check in. At check out there was no one at the desk for over 5 minutes, I through my key on the desk and left. This motel is over priced. I will likely move to the motel next door. I checked it out and the rooms are as nice, not quite the amenities.

The Holiday Inn Cedar Falls is overpriced. They do not offer a continental breakfast like most hotels in this price range do now. It is very noisy when there are people at the bar/restaurant or game room and pool area, and you have a room facing that center open area. The room was clean and comfortable. However, because there is no continental breakfast and the noise level, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pretty lobby with open pool and waterfall, open staircase to 2nd floor rooms. No continental breakfast, nice open game room with extras. Only one small computer area near front door, no speakers or head-phones on the computer.

Good central location. Facility smells very strongly of chlorine from the indoor pool. Very noisy even at 11:00 pm and later due to indoor pool. Rooms were nice size except for bathroom.

Liked the Holiday Inn Cedar Falls a lot. We stayed the Thursday evening before Labor Day weekend and the hotel seemed pretty empty, so it was very quiet. Our room was very clean and neat. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the public spaces of the hotel were very neat, clean, and well kept.

Our experience was pleasant because it was our granddaughter's first time in a hotel and everything was exciting. She was thrilled and we noticed all the attractive features especially the pool.

We have enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Cedar Falls. It is convenient and comfortable. It is a good place for families. I wish the hot tub worked better and that it didn't smell of smoking. The rooms are comfortable and treat you like you are at a spa.

Staff was not overly warm, but pleasant. Rooms were clean. Pool area was nice for kids. The large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the game area was good entertainment for our toddler, but the ping-pong ball kept hitting our door.
