The food was excellent there. The rooms were very clean, and the Hotel staff was very friendly. We would stay there again!

Complimentary hot breakfast. While the linens were nice, the mattress and pillows were very old and uncomfortable. The hotel was nice, recently remodeled with attractive rooms. However, the pillows were very old and lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were also old; but not too bad. The complimentary hot breakfast was very nice. The staff wasexceptionally friendly and helpful. And, the pool was great (if only the towels were available).

Hotel was great, staff was super. I was a little surprised that on Oct 1st in Georgia and the temp was 90 degrees that the pool was closed but there were several options in town for other things to do so I had no time for the pool anyway. Would definitely stay again, room had fridge and microwave, and everything else you could need. Again, staff was the best.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We couldn't get our keys to work every time. The hotel is very nice, we only had a little trouble with our door keys. We had to swipe them numerous times before they would give a green light. The outer door on the second level never did open for us after we lugged all our stuff up the stairs, we had to lug it back down and go through the first floor door and climb the inside stairs.

Our reservations were messed up and there was no concern by staff. Asst. GM is very rude and non-helpful at all. Gave the Holiday Inn a bad name for me. Will try to avoid them in the future and will never stay here again.

It was quiet. It was further away than the 12 miles Priceline said it was.

The hotel is in the mountains prety much in the middle of nowhere, but there is a shopping center within a 4-5 miles from it. Otherwise the hotel is nice, clean and ofers free internet and free hot breakfast. Very nice and helpfull people. However, take room on the first floor as the access to the second flor is through some small narrow stairways.

Excellent staff, facilities wereoutstanding. They seem to cater to the business traveler. Very good facilities in restaurant, lounge area and business center. Free full breakfast was the best I have had anywhere. Desk clerk was very helpful.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. Outside swimming pool. The whiteness of the sheets, bedspread and towels made me feel as if I was the first to use them. Everything was very clean and neat and the complimentary breakfast buffet was GREAT!

Great however they were short staffed (due to sickness) which left them short for the breakfast rush and they could not handle the volume of clients. Don't believe it was the norm.

Its clean and well kept. I'd stay there again. NA. Great hotel. I inquired at the front desk. They assured me it had not. But they did. And it's costing me dearly.

The hotel was very clean and the security was well planned. Dogs are allowed and barked all night! The restaurant staff was excellent. The food was good. However, the front desk was cold, and unfriendly. When told about a barking dog (all night) they said they would call the owners. The dog quieted for a very short period and then barked all night and day. The front desk said "sorry about that".

Easy access from interstate. Poor management of reservations. We were moved 3 times in order to accommodate our reservation. The front desk person was amazing and was the only thing that did not ruin the entire stay. Location has poor outside restaurant choices.
