Perfect location for visits to Kansas State University, a great improvement over the previous hotel chain in this building. The hallways still smell, but the restaurant went from drab to FAB! This was our last visit to Manhattan, our child graduated and moved on.

I had stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it enough to return. However, I was astonished by the recent renovation. The hotel is beautiful. And the new Houlihan's restaurant is fantastic. For my money, this is the best place to stay when visiting Manhattan. Great location, great service, great rooms (with an amazingly comfortable bed), great restaurant. "

Overall the hotel is not bad but also not like whatI expect to be. The cleaner it is not good enough for the clean and they just have specific time for the cleaner.

The bed was great. Pool not opened. People not friendly. Pool was not opened something wrong with it. Hotel said that children eat free wrong. Under the age of 10 eat for free. No parking. For what I paid and the star quality it was suppose to be I was very disappointed. I will not go back to that hotel again.

Beds. The AC was very noisy-we barely slept. Nice hotel with a great location. The only problem was that we did not sleep at all because the AC sounded like a train running through our room every time it turned on. Then it would turn off for a while and then start all over. It was a miserable night.

Great bed, great room, enjoyable experience. I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn, it was convenient for me. I did alot of errands around Manhattan, and it was very centrally located. The hotel and staff were friendly and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Nice hotel, close to KSU, comfortable beds. Very nice hotel. I always try to stay here. Close to my kids and close to Kansas State University.

Nice linens. Bathroom was really small; pool was not working. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, and parking was easy, but I think it was overpriced. The bathroom was really old and very small. The rooms were not sound-proofed at all, so we could hear our neighbors as well as people in the hall. We have a small child who wanted to swim, but the pool was not open.

Nice interior designing. Very fashionable. No problems. Very satisfied. We were very pleased with the location and the staff. This hotel has old bones but a very attractive covering. You can't beat the convenience to the KSU campus and you might see someone famous as this is where VIPs stay.

The location is wonderful; bed was comfortable, free wireless access. Bathroom was small, chair in room was junk. We really enjoyed our brief stay. I will definitely consider this hotel the next time we are in Manhattan.

The hotel was neat and clean. Delivered a newspaper to the room each morning. Very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent dining, free internet services, room service. Located at a very convenient location for those visiting campus or just looking for a night of rest during travel.

The updated rooms. The lobby smelled like fish from the kitchen. The overall appearance of the hotel has changed dramatically since the last time I stayed. The beds were extra soft and very comfortable. The bathrooms were renovated and clean! It was a great experience.

Very updated, attractive. Room wasn't spotless. Very nice location across the street from the college. Has a nice restaurant next door that is one of the nicer ones in Manhattan. Within walking distance to Aggie Ville. The hotel is very modern, everything inside looks as if it was renovated within a year. Only problem was in the bathroom the maid hadn't removed one of the wash clothes that the prior occupant used. It was damp and hanging from the shower curtain. So nothing extreme.
