I booked this hotel as I found its rating was good though it is 15 miles away from falls. we found it quite good atleast better than lodges like super 8 or motels. It has all amenties except fridge. It would be awesome if fridge would b there even for 2 day stay..but it was fine..room had hair dryer, iron with table, coffee maker, shared microwave and ice vending machine etc. Staff was very helpful and good. Only problem I found to find my room because of property is divided in 2 parts with a passing lobby.though front desk gave the map but it took me 15 -20 mins to find room. there is no elevator. though there is only one level up but it gets tough to carry heavy bags.Location is not near falls but its on a happening road. Lot of restaurants and store are located in 2 miles area. All over we had good time and if I required to stay here again, I would do that..

It was nice and clean. The staff was very rude! The hotel was nice, but the man at the front desk was rude. I was traveling with my 1 year old and my in-laws, not to mention I'm 6 months pregnant. The man at the front desk wouldn't even consider giving us a room with 2 beds. It was the worst night of our trip.

My wife and I stayed here for five nights over the Thanksgiving vacation. The hotel is nice enough, a clean Holiday Inn. One problem, we drove all night to get there and had to check in very late (after midnight). The chamber maid awoke us very early to clean our room. I asked her to come back a bit later. Her response, "I'm not gonna be here all day!" Still weary, I told her to forget about it, don't clean the room today. She said she needed a signature on a form releasing her of her responsibility of cleaning the room. Basically, she woke us up for a signature. I am sure if I had remembered to put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the whole incident could have been averted.

Room was clean. Easy to park. Location was very good. It was near I-290 which took us to all major highways. It took about 20 min to Niagara Falls. Room service was good and fast. Max's Grille's food was reasonably cheap and good. BUT, shower/bathroom noise from adjacent rooms was quite loud at night and morning. Otherwise, it was good. I will come back for sure.

This is one of the affordable hotels I found near Niagara falls. The room was comfortable, the receptionist was friendly and allowed us to check in even though we arrived earlier than the check in time. If you are planning to Niagara falls, then this is one of the affordable hotels in the area.

Hotel is right off 290 with easy access. It was clean and the rooms felt secure. Our room, however, was right next to the outside door, ice machine and stairs. These noises were heard all night long right above our heads. When I asked the clerk if I got this room because of booking through the travel website, he just laughed. There were several other rooms empty, but I think the noisy room was for internet-booked rooms. We will stay here again, though, because of the location.

The Holiday Inn BUFFALO-AMHERST was so nice were on the road for 7 hours and then went to a funeral. Andonce we got to the hotel we through we would just go to sleep. Once I saw the pool all that came to an end. The room we stayed in have a queen size bed that was so comfortable and beautifully made up. The hotel was close to all kinds of stores and a mall. This was one of the best stays I have had. Also the staff was so nice they were about business in there dress and service.I would gladly recommend the hotel at any time.

This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Terrible night's sleep. Ants on the carpet. Shoddy and uncomfortable!

Clean and friendly. It was very difficult to pull in and out of their parking lot due to being adjacent to a busy on/ off ramp.` Clean and upscale looking facility, with friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Great value.

This is a great hotel with a convenient location for visiting Niagra Falls or U Buffalo. The room was very nice, confortable beds and very clean. The staff was very accommodating. BUT, avoid the restaurant. The food is mediocre, and the service slow. Walk next store to the Tim Horton. Much better value.

Pool and hot tub area were very clean and nice. There was no fan in the bathroom. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a very busy traffic area at certain times of day. Hotel restaurant was just OK. It was a cute place for dinner but food wasn't very good.

"I stay there quiet often the rooms are great, staff are very courteous great location"

The room was spacious and well done up. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and other facilities were well maintained. The reception staff was not very friendly. One would expect a smile, at least during check in. For the price I paid one would expect a more professional attitude. I am a priority club member and have stayed extensively in Holiday Inn hotels. Have had a pleasant experience untill this one. However the room service staff was courteous.

Located right off the highway. The hotel was decent. I asked if I could have two beds in my room and the desk clerk was argumentative.
