Went to Buffalo for just a family trip and stayed at this hotel for one night. Found the hotel very good in terms of location (very close to the Airport), cleaniness, pool, fitness club, and staff. I would recommend this hotel!

Overpriced, no free breakfast, no wireless internet. Although very conveniently located near the Buffalo Airport, this hotel is way overpriced and does not offer a free breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious though.

"Convenient to the airport with a good restaurant on site. They are doing a great job updating the outside of the hotel, I'm sure the rooms will follow. Service is excellent, the rooms clean & comfortable. The staff is fun, friendly & very helpful. A nice place to rest your weary head!"

I liked the area it was in.. Everything was quite close. I felt that the price was a little too high but the hotel was good. The hotel was very clean and would definetly stay there again.

First visit to Buffalo, NY and this Holiday Inn Express was excellent from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly and accommadating. Staff offered directions in writing for everything we wanted to do. Room was very clean. Cleaning staff was very nice and cleaned room when we needed it cleaned. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly, clean, luxurious, helpful staff, well located, internet access in the lobby for free. No bar fridge in the room. Great hotel, got it last minute. The beds and the pillows were fabulous, very clean, and helpful staff. Defiantly a recommend.

"I came to Buffalo to visit a friend for a weekend away from my grad studies. When I entered, the front desk already had my paperwork & room key ready -- had to sign for my roon & that was it. When I checked out, they gave me a receipt upon request & offered free shuttle service to the airport."

"This is a great Holiday Inn, if you are traveling through the east side of Buffalo. A great value, plus the kids loved being close to the airport, and watching jets taking off across the street!The only problem we experienced was a bathroom door that stuck badly when opening or closing.The service was first rate, and friendly. We would definately stay here again."

The Holiday Inn BUFFALO-INTL AIRPORT was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The location was great as it had multiple choices for food and was a short ride from the airport. In addition, the room was clean and cozy and the hotel staff was friendly.

Nice rooms. Ironically, rooms had coffee but no cream/sugar. We were stupidly asked to get those from restaurant. No complimentary breakfast.

The Buffalo/Niagara Airport Holiday Inn was a great decision and a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, professional and customer focused. Check-in was quick and the room was great. Clean all around, very comfortable beds and the heat/AC and wireless internet worked. I upload and download large files and the signal was excellent. Many hotels I've experienced have been a trial trying to connect only to find out that when I'm connected the signal is miserable. This hotel was busy and I was able to accomplish my work while connected, no problem. Only stayed one night for a business trip and would definately book again if the need arises. Max's Grill, the hotel's restaurant was a welcome end to the evening. The food was delicious. The staff were equally as professional as the other's I interacted with in the hotel. In summary, I've stayed at many hotels and I was very pleased by the attention to detail. This is one of the best Holiday Inn's I've frequented. It's very close to airport but I was disturbed by airplane traffic noise and perfect for the business traveler, highly recommend.
