Convenient to train station. Hotel elevators were very close to street and area was not great. A moderate hotel conveniently located next to Brisbane Travel Center which is good for train/coach access. Facilities are comfortable but dated. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was very average. About a 15 minute walk to main tourist area of town. Don't think I would stay here again on any future visit to Brisbane.

I found the staff at Reception to be very helpfull and pleasant. I did not think that the concierge services were of any service what so ever. I had to request that my bags be taken to my room four times. In the process I missed my taxi and had to order a new one and in the interum take my bags to my room myself. Location is great; as very central to Brisbane City (10 min walk). Would stay again; would not use concierge services........

Good location at Roma St. station for both suburban, air train to airport and state traveltrain including the tilt train. Only a short walk to main shopping mall.

Great location, staff wasvery helpful and friendly. Hotel wasclean, nice hotel. Nice hotel, but needs refurbishing. Great hotel, good location, next to train station and beautiful park, close to shopping and river and tourist places. Very nice staff. Would stay there again.

Very convenient for the airport train if you arrive or depart within the limited hours it operates. We checked in at 1.30am, very friendly staff who upgraded us to a king size room, probably the largest I'd ever stayed in. All staff very helpful, clean and tidy hotel, perhaps a little dated.

Good central location in city easily accessed from airport by direct train to Roma street. All public transport close, and main street of city (Queen Street mall) just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are a good size with all the latest facilities (including ironing board, iron, tea, coffeee, etc). Excellent breakfast. Perfect practical place for business stopover.

Extremely convenient location for getting around and seeing the sights. Some of the staff didn't seem knowledgeable regarding car rentals or getting around. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel as it was fairly quiet (even though it was located in a very busy area) and it was extremely easy to walk to various attractions or to catch transportation if needed to attractions that were not close by.

Location excellent for downtown, transport central, restaurants, & sightseeing. Internet connection service needs improvement. Excellent choice for location to downtown. Shopping, sightseeing, and dining all walking distance.

Centrally located. Too close to train station. This hotel is located adjacent to the main train station in Brisbane, if you are traveling from the airport (even with lots of bags) taking the train is your best and cheapest option. Also convenient to downtown and bus and ferry stops.

It was clean and the initial staff was friendly. For the first time ever, we had to make a complaint about a member of staff. It also has limited use for non-US/ UK/ Mexican citizens as it kept asking me for zip or area codes if I recall correctly, these are not applicable in my home country as they are in the US/UK.

The room was comparable to a Ritz Carlton! We were blown away by how great this hotel was. It was located right next to the train depot, which was important to us. The room was huge and the bed was to die for. The reality far surpassed our expectations. Good job!
