Super staff - great coffee in the a.m., but when the restaurant and bar are closed, I had to go to Best Western to get some coffee or a snack. Really Really needs elevators - the stairs are too much for luggage.

Great location. Need expanded bathroom sink area and countertops. Too dinky for 2 people. Would stay again in the future.

I thought that this hotel was GREAT! I had seen many negative comments and almost didn't book....but it was wonderful. Staff was friendly and professional, hotel in great condition. No complaints here!

I like the bed and bedding. Not able to connect to the internet, and was double charged for the room. It was in okay good condition. The TV was not clear and remotes were worthless. Very expensive for the value.

The Holiday Inn, at Bozeman was very nice. The room was large, the beds were nice and we totally enjoyed our stay there. The desk clerk was very kind and assisted us in picking a resturant for our dinner. He had great taste! I will definately stay there again, and we are already planning our trip for next winter.

Standard Holiday Inn. It was clean, the staff was friendly they had an awesome pool, great for laps, and their fitness center was more than adequate for a cardio workout. We enjoyed the stay. In the area within walking distance there were several restaurants and also a Walmart.

Clean, good parking with a 20' trailer. No breakfast included.

This isn't a terrible hotel; the room was reasonable, and the price was reasonable. The only big problem I had was the doors had to literally be slammed to close & lock, and unfortunately that was true of rooms close-by, too. So it was difficult to sleep at times, when other people were coming and going from their rooms, especially in the morning. Other than that, this was a basic, budget hotel that wasn't bad.

The room was a nice size. The location was convienient to several local stores and the airport was just a short drive. There were many areas in the room to open several luggage pieces without tripping over them. We grew somewhat concerned when 3 loaded school buses pulled up with teenagers who were staying there when we were there. The kids were quiet and we were not disrupted by their presence in any way. The dining area called 3 rivers was a very nice restaurant but short staffed because many people were ordering room service. We had a bit of a wait for our food and several tables near us weren't cleared from previous customers. We decided to join everyone else and ordered room service in the morning. The breakfasts and prices were both good.We didn't get a chance to use any other services offered because we were busy packing for a flight.

Clean room. No service in restaurant, paper cups no mugs or glass. Very attractive facility. Is probably a great place for skiers to stay but lacks the touches in the room business travel expect.

Room was not clean at all. There was still dirty underwear in the room! I checked in late and called for room service. My burger was raw in the middle and charred on the outside. The fries were cold and hard as nails. A good deal at $15. The heater was either on full blast, or off. The effect of this was predictable, it was either hot or cold all night long. The heater sounded like train when it kicked on. No sleep at all. I talked to the front desk in the morning and the girl said she was sorry and would have maintenance look at it. I checked out and stayed down the street.

Rooms need to remodeled - looked crummy and old.

Comfortable king size bed. Enjoyed the bar and the restaurant. Plan to stay here again. No problems. We stayed here because it is close to the airport. I had to drop my wife at the airport early in the morning. The hotel provides a shuttle we didn't need. The restaurant has a wide variety menu. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

What can you say about this place. I travel 4 days a week for my job and this is easily the worst place I have stayed in years. Service is nonexistent, rooms are very old, bathrooms are tiny and the place was dirty! Our room was disgusting. There was hair all over the place, especially the bathroom. We found a half eaten bag of chips in the night stand drawer. We made the mistake of eating breakfast in the restaurant for breakfast. We just left our meals and went next door to eat. Stay somewhere else if you want to be comfortable.

Excellent location, right next to interstate. Smelled from the pool. The rooms need to be updated. The bathroom is to small. Only one person can get ready at a time. Not very modern design of room all together. Molding in the shower and tub.

When I got off the plane I called the hotel for the shuttle. The lady answered the phone and told me somone would be to pick my up in 20 minutes. I called back in 25 mins and was told he was on his way. An hour later, I called again and was told he driver had other things to do and he would get to me when he had the time. 90 minutes later still no shuttle, when I called the hotel it goes straight to voicemail not a live person. The hotel next door driver had drove by me 9 times and offered me a free ride to my hotel since I was waiting so long. Once, i got to the hotel I was told no elevator. i had to walk up the stairs to my room with all my luggage, no help When, I got to my room a Doritos bag was on the floor and 16oz soda pop was on the floor along with candy wrappers. If that wasnt enough the internet didnt work. I notified them and was moved to another room. The bathroom had mildew along the tiles and the floor. The carpet was dingy and the actual floor was uneven. I couldn't believe hot dingy my room was. My package didn't include breakfast I learned in the morning. I had to buy my own breakfast and the waitress was rude and wasn't kind. I couldnt wait for my trip to end.

Friendly staff; helpful upon check-in; homey and warm (fireplace) atmosphere; allowed late checkout to accommodate flight departure on Sunday appreciate. Nothing.
