The Holiday Inn was very nice- our room had two double beds and still had plenty of room to move around. Our room was clean and comfortable, it opened into the pool area, which had patio chairs and a table, where we ate our breakfast.Surrounding the pool had a tropical feel, and very nice.It was much nicer that your average inside pool areas that can be closed in and very steamy. We will plan to stay there again.

Great place to stay off I-495 area. Great for kids due to heated pool that is actually heated and kids eat free program, although be sure to ask for the KFE coupons when you check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Very large rooms and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Stayed here 1 night to break up a long trip home. Easy on-off from I-495. Clean hotel with adaquate facilities and comfortable rooms. Full service restuarant and pub on-site. Only disappointments were pool area was closed for a private function and fitness room was ""basic"" at best. We would stay there again.

Open court, reception by hotel manager, appearance. The location was a little isolated. For a Holiday Inn a very large and also luxurious place with a large covered inner court. Nice atmosphere and good facilities.

The hotel staff was friendly and accomidating. The rooms were clean and the furniture was more attractive than hotel standard. The beds could have used more padding but there were plenty of pillows and towels.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and looks great. Long hallways to get to rooms. For the price, this had to be the best money I've ever spent for a hotel room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in this area.

Nothing. This ranks among the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel at least once a month. Front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Avoid! The beds are no more comfortable than padded plywood. We slept on the pull out couch bed rather than the king in a suite! It is rather apparent that this hotel is transitioning to a better name brand hotel. Front office staff informed us that no money has been put into up-keep in years (and it shows!).

Clean room and comfortable bed. Crowded pool. Nasty view from room window//noisy hotel. Room was clean & comfortable. Room very difficult to get to, dragged luggage through the hotel restaurant and had to carry luggage up stairs to 1st floor room that when you looked out the window there was construction equipment (back-hoe} less the six feet away from the window. Kids screaming and running up and down the corridors and slamming doors all day and evening. Pool was over crowded. This was a huge disappointment.

The pool was great! Room was large enough for three. Needed a portable bed which was provided. Location is convenient to Concord and Lexington and not too far from Boston either. Train to Boston is only five miles away.

Great accessibility. Nothing to say. I will go back there.

The cleanliness. Their soda machines were empty. The hotel was clean, the person on duty did not tell us there were 2 sections with vending machines or where the ice machine was.

Location. The room was actually pretty dirty, along with the towels given. I had to wipe the phone down before using it. The hotel is quite average, but with a friendly helpful staff.

We did not stay after all. Pool was too exposed; we ended up leaving & going elsewhere. The pool and function area are very exposed and they were setting up for an afternoon wedding. We had hoped to relax and enjoy some down time at the pool but that was not going to be possible with the party going on around us.

Nice setting, lovely gardens, restaurant on site. Service in restaurant did not meet expectations. Clean and comfortable. In country setting, yet close to major connector routes bringing you quickly to central MA locations. Onsite restaurant has a full service menu. Hotel large enough to host multiple functions.

Good value, Internet, nice people. N/A Clean, nice, Internet good price.

The open decorations and pool gave the hotel a unique flair. Loud neighbors in the middle of the night. It was a convenient and quite break away from normal hotels. Its atrium and layout were spacious and interesting. The pool room had great atmosphere.

As a Holiday Inn Club member we received a daily newspaper and breakfast. In the past year this inn took out it's hot tub.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff! Noisy. Unattended kids running in halls. Horrible ugly chipped & broke bathtub. Nice hotel, lovely staff. Super courtyard and pool. But lots of unsupervised children in halls. And I would never, ever put anyone in a room with a bathtub as disgusting as that one was. We would never choose to stay in a hotel that totally prohibited smoking! My husband is a smoker and going outside in 20 degree weather in the dark is a security risk and most unpleasant. We had to request refrigerator and it was old, ugly, and dilapidated.
