Orbitz messed up in reserving our room. We booked a king room they booked a double room with the hotel. The hotel was all booked up,but thanks to the front desk clerk named [...] she moved us to the only available room which turned out to be the Texas Suite. It was GREAT!!! She turned our bad experience into a good one. Thanks [...]!!!

The breakfast buffet was fair. The non smoking room stunk of cigarettes. This hotel was a disappointment. From the time we arrived the front desk person was rude and unwelcoming to us. The room was supposed to be non smoking yet it stunk of cigarettes, and when we complained we were told they had no other room available at that price. The power went out during the night and we missed the alarm which never sounded making us two hours late for our meeting of which we lost the client. Thanks for nothing.

Pros: location, comfortable bed, plush towels, mini-fridge in the room (which was a standard room), extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff, a pretty quiet atmosphere despite being a weekend on a busy street Cons: GRIMY carpet (in serious need of shampooing), hair on the walls of the shower and bathroom, a non-draining tub (I had to stop midway through my 15 minute shower to let the water drain so I could finish), the toilet leaked and soaked the bathroom floor, burned out lamp bulb (a petty thing, but by the time I discovered this I was already pretty disappointed) Overall, it seems like this hotel needs to address its housekeeping issues. When staying in a hotel, I don't feel like I ask for much. Clean being my top priority with everything else a bonus. As courteous as the staff was, I think I'd rather stay in a hotel with an unfriendly staff and be able to retreat to a clean room.

Security was good,Sheriff was on site Big Plus for me with the kids along with the Lounge inside the Hotel & Restraunt.... Rooms need remodling, very outdated and old... I could'nt use my PS3 on the telivision due to the oldness and unavailable Aux Inputs

Growing up in the Bossier region, I knew that the location of the hotel was a good one. Long ago, it was a Sheraton Inn. But we were treated as though we were in a luxury hotel like Sheraton or Marriott!! The room was cleaned each day very well, the pool/hot tub was nice, as well as the small exercise room. I will very likley use this property again! Thanks!

The shuttle service was convenient and pleasant. Expected a hotel, this was more of a motor lodge. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, but the furnishings were dated and worn. There were several amenities we did not take advantage of them.

Our bay window had only a sheer curtain to muffle the light. Bring saftey pins to connect the two immobile curtains. Bring coffee and cups. They don't restock. Couldn't keep the water temperature in the shower steady. Have plenty of room to jump out of the way unexpectedly. Adams restaurant needs work. Food temperature is an issue and we didn't receive our food at the same time. We were finished eating when my son started. I didn't understand it because we were the only people in the restaurant. Fried shrimp isn't supposed to be soggy. The beds were very comfortable.

The hothel staff made our whole trip there. They were extremely helpful in directing us to the best resturants, sight seeing and attending to our needs. The bar was a slight dissapointment as they are not geared to the weekend traveler. We will stay there again.

It was quiet and comfortable& the price was right. The no smoking room had been smoked in. It was located close to Interstate, casinos and places to eat.

This was my first time to stay at this hotel. It was very clean and roomy. The hotel is located right off I-20 which is easy to drive to.

The room was clean the towels were thick and the room service was excellent. Nothing. This hotel exceeded expectations even with two functions going on Friday Night the Hotel staff was attentive to extra needs and Saturday Morning was the best breakfast I had in awhile. Including cooking my self. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. We did find a bottle of liquor in the room that was missed in cleaning. We liked it and the kids want to go back.

The shuttle to the casinos. We were very glad there was a shuttle to the casino, however we had to wait in the lobby until the shuttle arrived. That was nearly an hour wait.

Accessible to everything. Water in bathtub drained slow. The overall experience was great. I enjoy staying there whenever I travel to Bossier City.
