Clean, comfortable, staff was friendly. Neighborhood isn't quite as nice as it could be. Just what you would expect from a hotel set up for conventions. Efficient, clean, staff capable.

My husband and myself only stayed the one night. We asked for a smoking room because my husband has a cig once in a while. When we checked in we found no parking close to our room. When we got inside the hotel we found all the smoking rooms were on the ground floor and the hallway once you got into the hotel smelt so bad it made me feel sick. The room was even worst. No real ventalation. It smelt so bad that I could not get the smell out of my clothes, even the ones not unpacked. Very loud in the rooms, everytime the people around us used the water the noise was so loud in our room it woke us up at 3am. My husband took a shower the next morning and then I did. The water was already cold by the time I got into it. I would never stay here again. I thought it was very unclean. The beds were the only thing I found to be clean and comfortable. The rooms are really old maybe from the 70's that they have tried to remodel but not done such a great job... Also I noticed that they charged my visa card more than the bill came to.. I have to call them about this.. Stay away.

I booked and paid for my room through the ttavel website, but the Holiday Inn - Bordeaux also charged my credit card for the same night! The hotel customer services manager has not returned my phone calls, and every time the travel agency agents call the hotel, they are also told the manager is not there. This hotel will rip you off if you give them the chance. I absolutely would not stay there again. It is obvious the fault lies with the hotel as I also stayed at another hotel in the same city, in the same week, booked through the travel website, and was only charged once, correctly. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We went there to visit our sons and their families. We have to say, the staff made our stay memorable They were so kind and friendly. We are an older couple and are little leary of staying in strange places. Buy we felt very safe here. The hotel room was immaculate. We loved the idea of a pillow menu. You can order up any kind of pillow (from the menu) and it will be there within minutes. Takes the guess work out of what to bring from home. The hotel is old and smells musty. The hotel room doors are very heavy and guests were allowing them to slam shut, which is an alarming way to be awakened in the night.

Commons areas seem nice and probably good for a conference.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping needs to knock before entering rooms. I will not give a bad review on one person lack of respect. Hotels front desk staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Room smelled of chlorine. Not enough water pressure to take a shower. Some nasty goop sprayed in the frony of tub. This is an old run down property that has decent publics area but the rooms, or at least mine old and not well maintained.

We came down to surprise our son who was coming home from Afganastan. Our flight was delayed and we didnt get in till 10 that night, when the belman came to pick us up he was so friendly and helpful and made us laugh it was great to see such a happy person after being stuck in the airport for so long. The staff was friendly and helpful. . . we will stay here again and recomend it to anyone else coming to Fayetteville

Friendly staff. Smoking in a non-smoking room; ashes in the sink.

Overall hotel apprearance was very poor based on cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Our original reservation was for a king non-smoking. The room they offered us was smelly and right behind the evelator and...someone else had occupied it befor use leaving their computer bag in it. Rooms weren't cleaned dialy and the key cards kept expiring. WOuld not recommend or stay there ever again. I would recommend closing the hotel entirely.

The Hotel was nice, the rooms were clean. BUT when we went to eat at there dining room the service was just pure poor. We did not eat from the buffet and had to wait 35 mins for a patty melt that was soggy.

The bathtub and shower were bigger than I had seen in other places.

We spent 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Fayetteville - Bordeaux. We found the staff helpful, and the rooms spacious. Though not a luxury hotel, they had upgraded pillows that made for a comfortable night sleep. Having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient. We ate at their Cafe for breakfast and found the buffet very reasonably priced. They have a couple of computers for guests to use, though they are out in a hallway, not in a private location. There is wireless throughout the complex for people to use their laptops. All in all it was a very satisfying place to stay - nothing fancy, but a good choice.

Front desk staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very accommodating when we asked to be moved to room near less noise. The restaurant breakfast buffet was very nick and what my kids liked the most. The waitress staff was friendly, through and quick. The rooms were spacious and had fridge/coffee/microwave.
