I want to commend the excellent staff at this hotel. I had great service. My grandson and I enjoyed the indoor pool that was well maintained. plenty of towels the water temp was perfect. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The restuarant(Perkins) was good but pricy for the quality of food....it was so so. I have had better, for less money.Their service wasnt all that great either. We left one evening because of slow and poor service. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Plenty of parking and well lighted. My family felt safe there. I will stay there again and I will reccomend this hotel to family and friends.

Front desk welcomes you like you were family at check in. Places to excercise, places to swim and a hot tub for relaxing, dining choices ellegent and casual, first class design, finishes and furnishings, internet access, conference rooms, board rooms, banquet rooms, and the softest, fluffyest most comfortable beds! Friendly staff and convenient locatiion makes this my "come back to location" for a good nights rest when in Blytheville. Fresh baked cookies at the front desk were a winner too. With the recent renovations, additions and upgrades its kind of a cross between the Inn on the Park and the Doubleday for Blytheville.

Upon arrival to our to our hotel room we were greeted by the mosquitoes. By the time I sat down my suitcase, I had killed five mosquitoes. My husband killed four mosquitoes. And there were a bunch of mosquitoes smeared on the wall from the previous guests. Complimentary citronella and or bug repellant would be helpful. The swimming pool hours were until 10pm but at 11pm there were still guests frolicking in the pool!

My sister and I traveled alone/at our request was given an inside room. I am 5ft tall; I had to jump to get in bed. But got a good laugh from it. My sister and I enjoyed our stay in your hotel. We both felt safe there and thought it to be very clean. Although I did have to jump to get in bed (A one-step footstool would have been nice.) The staff was great and friendly. If we find our self back in Blytheville, we wouldn't stay any where else.

The place is always undergoing construction, the rooms are mediocre, the new resteraunt is very expensive and when I complained about the food and service, the manager said he would buy me dinner and would leave the certificate at the desk, when I went after it I was told that he had withdrawn the offer. I will never stay there again, or eat at the resteraunt.
