I stayed here for two days and would never go back.I have never been treated so badly.I went into the rest.ordered food the pot stickers came out with ants crawling on them! Went to the bar a dark haired woman took care of me she was so rude and was busy socializing with the men could care about me and never asked if I wanted another drink to much time to smoke.

I was in town on business. The scenery was great and the room was great. Extremely easy to find, great parking and friendly staff.

Restaurant staff not unfriendly, but not too friendly. Very noisy television with unpleasant program on. (fighting!) Doubtless it is a suitable hotel for commercial travelers and meetings. Some screws were missing from the security lock on our room door, and the rest were loose. Perhaps they fell out on their own. It certainly didn't help to make us feel very secure. Despite the fact that the (large) restaurant was empty, we had to move after being seated in a booth under a loud TV showing a program of fighting. Would we stay there again? Only as a last resort!

you need more than 2 tiny elevators!!! It is not super-easy to find, nor is it in a terrific neighborhood, but it's a beautiful place :). The restaurant was too expensive to bother taking the kids, so we found other places to eat. Staff VERY helpful :) "

Checked out the 3rd floor that was renovated - much better than the 4th floor. Dingy carpeting, small room. I use priceline all the time - usually the hotels exceed my expectations. This hotel was OK.

Efficient & very helpful staff. Meticulous looking room with ammenities (coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & board). One of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to and it is in an upcoming area of downtown with a good number of things to do.

It was clean. N/A. While the price was great, the location was not the best. The part of town gets sketchy at night according to locals, and it is located near the bars so it's right near the party scene (which is good unless you need to get up at AM). Also, there were tons of college kids in for a track meet that were running through the halls until AM, one of which knocked on our door and woke my mom up. The front desk ran out of their complementary toothbrushes and did not bother to call my room back to tell me. Also, the pay per view movies did not work.

Good location for future stays. No negative comments. Good room & staff. Hotel let us check in early. They were helpful with directions and answered all my questions. Good hotel. Priceline helped me out.

The Pool was out of service. The equipment in the workout room was broken. They advertised nice ammenities but didn't have ANY! At */night, this was a waste of money.

Parking was free and the bed was nice. No internet, no free continental breakfast. Nice room. I wish they would have had a complimentary continental breakfast as I had to drive 5-10 minutes to find a donut/coffee store. No ethernet hookup was not helpful.

The pool. There were ants in the room, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the curtains didn't close. I would not stay in this hotel again. It needs some work.

Staff was helpful in making recommendations of restaurants in the area. They were friendly and helpful.

It's a bit cheesy, but so is the town it's in (Binghamton, NY). The place is okay, I suppose. The fire alarm going off for a half hour in the middle of the night (1 AM) didn't make for a restful night's sleep.

Location, parking and clean room. Nice location especially if you get a room with a view of the Susquehanna - room includes parking and room is neat and clean.

Friendly staff, clean room. Location downtown, noisy and questionable safety. The hotel was nice with clean rooms, fitness center and pool. The staff was very friendly. It was easy to find, right downtown. I didn't like the neighborhood very much, it was noisy.

Iliked the way the the hotel was set up very nice. There needs to be more accommodations in the room, no microwave thatI could have used for the baby and better yet there was only one bar of soap. This is a nice hotel but could be better with accommodations andI had to call the desk 3 times for sheets for a baby crib would have liked a microwave in the room. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable.

It was close to the highway. It appeared to have bugs in the bed. The sheets and mattresses had remnants of small bugs. I asked to have my room changed and the staff accomodated us by a upgrade. Upgrade meant a refrigerator and microwave which was useless to us. Same furnishings and room size. The hotel like the area had seen better days. Very dark throughout.
