Well run hotel, poor air in bedroomA well run hotel, with a good, if rather expensive, restaurant. However, the comfort of the room was ruined by very poor air quality, possible because of faulty air conditioning and/or dust in carpets.

Friendly staff, but were certain/firm that my booking still required payment. They did not believe me and were unflexible. They were not familiar with orbitz and I had to figure out how to prove it on my own. I went to the computer deck, pulled up Orbitz and printed out the charge(my receipt I carried was not trusted). Can you imagine how hard it would be to get the money back if I paid? The room was fine. This is just a hotel to sleep at, there is nothing to do at this location and the food is very expensive and not worth it. The shuttle is the best part, and it was nice being close to the airport (due to an early morning departure). The shuttle will take you to the train and the airport every 15 minutes. Without the shuttle, this hotel would vanish, there is nothing around it.

The free shuttle to/from the airport and train station is a great service. The rooms and services available at the hotel were excellent value for money. The breakfast is surprisingly expensive at about 16 euros per head, but it is a very impressive spread! Make sure you give yourself time for a long lesuirely breakfast to make the most of it.

Shuttle service good but not easy to find - is situated across the road from the train station and I only found by accident. Could be better signed or better instructions given on booking.Breakfast excellent with much to choose from whatever your tastes. Excellent customer service in all areas of hotal.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus to the airport terminal being very prompt in the morning (we had a 7am departure). I would highly recommend this hotel for future users if you have an early airport departure and wanted to be nearby to the airport but for the remainder of your stay in Berlin I would recommend staying closer to the city centre.

The hotel is in good proximity to the airport and train station with a free shuttle service which is very good. The train is quick to the centre of Berlin but this is perhaps not the best hotel for a weekend in the city as travel is essential to any tourist attractions and nights out in the City are not so easy from this location. More of a business hotel or if you have a car and wish to explore Brandenburg it is a good location.
