this hotel was by far the best one i have ever stayed in in my entire life and will stay there again. the beds are the most comfortable i have slept in and the pillows are out of this world. i would recommend the holiday in to everyone who plans to visit the area.

The room was nicely decorated, CLEAN, comfortable and the bed, I want to take home. My husband loved the flat screen TV also. The restaurant closed at 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. The restaurant closed at 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. I can see Sunday. But after going to the casino or elsewhere you kind of want to dine close to your lodging.

I travel frequently and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I would highly reccomend this hotel. I was so pleased that I went out of my way to tell the management how great I was treated from the moment I walked in to the time Ieft.

The room at the Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable. I had no issue with my previous stays at this hotel on a business conference I attended on December 5 and 6, 2007. Hotel is clean and well maintained and I felt it would be a nice get away on the Friday after Valentines days with my boy friend. We made plans Friday for an early show and then dinner that went beautifully however the problem came Saturday morning. It is my understanding that check out is 11:00 A.M. on Saturday and that was confirmed at the time of check in with the front desk. I had a comfortable night and after getting up we decided to go out for some breakfast at 8:45 and then come back, get our belongings together and relax for an hour before making the 2 hour trip home. When I arrived back at the hotel at 10:00 A.M., I found my room bei ng cleaned and my belongings thrown in the trash! I felt so violated that my personal belongings where throw in the trash and my bouquet of roses and flowers (which now had broken flowers and vase) were not thrown away, but on a custodians cart in the hall. When I went to the manager on duty she said she will talk to the custodial supervisor about the cleaning mix up and really didn't show that she cared. She offered to put us in another room for an hour, but didn't seem to care about the flowers or the situation. This situation is totally unacceptable.

This was our first visit to PA and we stayed there to be close to Sesame Place. It was close to many stores and restaurants also. The kids enjoyed the big pool and kiddie pool.

Comfortable Room. Internet almost never worked and don't ask the staff for anything They are very rude and not helpful. I travel for work and set up rooms for myself and others from work as well as family and friends weekly. This Holiday Inn is by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We stay for weeks at a time and the internet almost never worked. We were paying for it and never got a discount or even a sorry! The staff has consistently been rude and not helpful They tried to charge outrages fees for faxing. If you are traveling don't stay here if you need to work or even if you expect basic service from the staff.

Hotel was fine, Airline was the worse I have ever been on , our flight was cancelled in Mich.waited 4 1/2 hours to get going again,airline was switched to Delta and then skywest.never will I book all three again from this site.

Location. NA. Good but remember to put out the do not disturb sign if you are sleeping late as they bugged me right up until 11:00am and finally I opened the door and told them to leave me alone.

This trip was overall pretty good. The hotel was very close to dining, malls, outlets and also close to other exciting and family attractions. Rooms were cleaned daily by staff and supplies were replenished also. There was a nice pool for adults and kids and also had a kiddy pool for the younger children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback I would have to say is that the room smelled like the previous guest were smokers because the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We never investigated to see if the smell was coming from the vents or if we had accidently received a smoking room, otherwise our service was good.

The hotel Staff was wonderful, they seem to just have done a lot of renovations. The rooms were very big and they had a lot of room. Restaurant could improve a little. I will recommend people to stay there.

A fine, large pool. Air conditioning was hard to get right. Clean and respectable. We were puzzled when the girl at the front desk asked us when we checked in whether two double beds would be ok instead of the king-sized bed we had requested-why else would we have requested one? The bathroom was very awkwardly designed, especially for two people. Exceptionally nice, large outdoor pool.

People were very nice. Horrible experience in the restaurant - waited 2 hours for food. People were very nice. However, we waited almost 2 hours in an almost empty restaurant for food. They comped us the food. Also, one day the maid's merely made the bed. I had to vacuum the floor. The bathroom was not touched.

Location close to sesame place, malls and several restaurants. Took an hour to be served breakfast and the food was not very good. Hotel is great for families with young children. It is clean. Rooms equipped with fridges and microwaves. Close to malls, restaurants and sesame place. Pool is large and clean. Staff is courteous. Only downside of our visit was that it took too long to be served breakfast for a restaurant that wasn't very busy and the food was not that good. There are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

I like the fact that the hotel was in the same area of where I needed to be in. I didn't like the fact I had to wait till they clean the room when it was past the time for me to check in. The hotel was very pleasant I will stay there again the workers was very attentive. I really had a good stay at the hotel. The only thing I wish was that the hotel had a shuttle bus to take you where you wanted to go.
