The hotel manager sent his van to pick me up at 11:00 at night even though the hotel was 10 miles away. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also clean and very roomy.

The hotel is near interstate exits, many different stores and restaurants, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and whirlpool was not in service, and some of the equipment in exercise room was being repaired. The hotel was clean, but an older model.

Do not use if you are expecting any transportation service either from the Airport or Cruise Terminal. Family stranded at Airport over two hours and finally took a cab at their own expense to the hotel. When returning from our cruise the first van sent was full. We had to call four times to get the van back to the terminal to pick us up!!! Then the van almost wrecked by a trainee driver with no one riding with her. When over one hour had passed (15 minute ride) we were informed to 'just take a cab'.... at our own expense.

This hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and bed linens were immaculate and cozy. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Could have stayed in shower for hours it felt that good. Plenty of hot water. Value was superb. Will be back soon!

The hotel smelled bad. Our room had sagging mattress and the bathroom had hair all over it. It did not look like it had been cleaned. But to top it all off when we undid the beds their were BUGS crawling in them.

Nothing. Old, poor condition, depressing. Carpets were badly stained and worn.The general fire alarm went off three times during the night. Staff said it was a problem in the kitchen.

I booked this hotel and even called the week before to make sure the pool and hot tub were open. I was also told the hotel took pets with a $50 non-refundable deposit. I called after we left home with our pet and called from the car to book another night. The Sales Director got my call because I was told they didn't accept pets. They also informed me that the pool and hot tub were closed. They refused to give me my money back and I have to get my bank to get it from them. The General Manager and Sales Director both told me they don't advertise any of the above. I gave them the websites that STILL advertise these things. Since I had my pet with me I had to book somewhere else but since I paid, I can certainly leave a review. Be careful for what is advertised on this website. It's not what they have and they keep your money anyway even though they don't have what they advertise.

Hotel was fine. Staff was helpful, room was adequate. I think what bothered me most was bed was like sleeping on the floor, very hard. We thought breakfast was included in cost, wasn't and the server was rude and condesending. My husband tried to talk to her to no avail so he went to front desk to speak to mgr. The clerk at the desk was extremely helpful and reduced the cost from $10 ea to $4.95. The food was cold and there was NO signage anywhere that the breakfast was not free. I won't stay again only because of the fact the room was uncomfortable.

Location Remodeling, dusty in areas and paint smells. Once remodeling is complete this hotel would in my opinion move up to 3 star.

The staff was extremely helpful. There were issues with the keys that kept me out of my room for more than an hour. The hotel has a great appearance when you first arrive. It is a little hard to get into if you happen to make the wrong turn. Guess services was a little overwhelmed with other issues when I arrived but they were more than helpful and apologetic when it took an hour to get me into a room that was clean and the door opened with the key they gave me. The room itself was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would have preferred black out curtains but there was only a sheer curtain over the window. Overall a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Beds were very comfortable. Facility was older and repairs needed in the room. Our stay was comfortable enough, but the hotel was older and furniture was very dated. Ceiling, in the bathroom, was coming down and needed repair. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Front desk staff VERY FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. House keeping staff slows in prepping rooms. Arrived at around 4:30pm and had to wait for room prep to be completed. Very nice experience, generally. Minor things that need attention include, waiting on housekeeping staff to complete room, room door squeaking loudly it woke my wife in am when I went down to get coffee and read paper), mirror in public mens rooms in main lobby needs repair, room-service dishes left in hall long periods of time.

The free shuttle service. Needs to be updated. The hotel needs to be updated badly! The beds are only doubles so very small. The location is noisy - right off main road but close! The breakfast buffet was awful. But, luckily kids eat free so we saved there. Also, they have free shuttle service to the harbor. That saved us $75 and then we called when we got through customs and they picked us up - we had a short wait but worth it.
