RosieThe hotel was in a great location quite but very close to the action the room was comfortable plenty of room for the two kids and my husband and myself. we stayed on a friday night and there was music in the bar from half five till half eight which i thought was a nice touch there was also a happy hour but as i say about all the hotels here in ireland they really could do with making some kind of a play area in the lobby for kids they market to families which is nice but then leave you with no entertainment for them even a little coloring station or anything would be a help. All in all a nice hotel for the money but could do with a revamp the furniture in the lobby a bit shabby it would not be where you would be going for a relaxing and lux stay

The location was pretty nice. Not so great.

Enjoyed the brief stay here. Hotel had a very interesting mix of other guests which made breakfast more enjoyable. Good location for a walk into the City centre and the QUB area. Would stay again.

Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Good swimming pool. The room was clean, a good size and comfortable. The location was excellent, a minute or two from the heart of the nightlife in Belfast but also a quiet location.

Good Family RoomsStayed for a city break with our 2 sons. The room was ideal and represented great value for money.

The location of the hotel was great. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions. There was no parking other than an expensive multi story garage nearby. The hotel was nice and clean. It is functional and centrally located.

ExcellentTook my 2 sons for a weekend away and had a blast, the hotel is in a superb location and the staff were awesome, nothing was too much trouble. I really can't recommend it enough...we will be back :)

Location and quiet room. I wish that there was an option to add children to rooms for international travel. The hotel seemed worn and tired much like most of Belfast. It did not meet my expectations for the star level. The staff accommodated our children by adding a roll-away bed to the room that our girls had to share because only one roll away would fit in the room.

Filthy and dirty. Carpet was not cleaned in years. Entrance was full of cigarettte butts and other trash. Not a place for Americans.People loitering at entrance with constant aroma of cigarettes.

The room was a nice lay out with all the basics needed. However, the bathroom, especially the toilet had been neglected to be cleaned properly. It was obvious that a previous guest had vonited all aroung the toilet bowl and the tiles were grimey. There was a large red wine stain on the carpet in the bedroom area and also the window blinds were off the runners so they wouldn'y close properly. The lamp shade was broken and the reception on the television set was very poor.

The room was very old which made it appear unclean - the bed quality very poor. I did not like it and did not think it was a four star hotel. The room and furnishings were very worn out. We had a pull out sofa bed that was in poor condition. We had a hard time getting linens for the extra bed because housekeeping was gone (though it was after 10pm). Then, when I checked out, they tried to charge my credit card for the room. All-in-all it didn't feel like a goodbut mostly because it didn't feel like a four star hotel.

stayed only one night, and hotel only had smoking rooms left at 4pm. The room was sufficent for an overnight, but nothing special and perhaps a little dated. Bathroom not clean (hair, urine on toilet seat). Parking expensive and not on site. was not value for my money.

This hotel has a great staff. Excellent gym and clean rooms. Our room was right off the elevator and it was a little loud. I found this hotel an excellent value for Belfast City. They have a very nice gym/pool. Nicely appointed and clean rooms. They staff was both helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed the hotel and found it to be great value for money. Food in hotel restaurant was basic and at 20 pounds for 3 course a bit pricey. Room is small for family. Overall I found the hotel to be more than satisfactory and is in the centre of thriving Belfast. Worth a stay for the value on offer.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Smoke seeped in under my door, into my non-smoking room every night. Visually attractive, with helpful staff. Of course they do not clean the cups, mugs, spoons, each day - just a towel wipe out, but if you ask for new ones, they will accommodate.

The customer service, when found was good. They had far too little staff on over the Xmas break at the reception, in house keeping and in the restaurant, so delays were inevitable. When we could finally talk to someone to ask for things (eg linen for the room to make up the kids beds) the delays were unacceptable, and we were still waiting for linen at the kids bed time (after requesting it around 3pm, and in the initial booking). Also, when the linen was delivered, it was just delivered, surely they should have made the bed up? I don't blame a lack of trying on the individuals behalf, the poor staff (often young chaps left in the lurch) were doing the best they could. There just was not enough staff on - their HR manager/staff scheduler needs a kick up the butt. Big time! It was unfair on those working to be so screwed over. Room had some small bits and pieces broken/torn/marked/slightly dirty, not at 100% Breakfast was delicious, and plentiful, just finding staff to take plates etc was hard again. The eggs were great! Great value for money in a good spot. The Red Bus tour came and picked us up from the front door to go and tfr onto the town tour. Handy hint for familes with young kids!

Great location. The staff was less friendly. The hotel was basically in the City Center. I had to pay like $10.00 to park each day though. The staff wasn't really very friendly, but the room was nice.

I really liked the hotel. It has a central location with nice modern decor. The staff were friendly and the food was nice. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room had sliding wooden panels instead of curtains.
