I enjoyed my experiance in Boston and the hotel. All staff were helpful and just very nice people.

Location was great and staff wasfriendly. We arrived very early in the day and the hotel let us get into our room at 11:00 am which helped us immensely.

the hotel was in a great location, walking distance to almost everything Rooms were small but clean and beds were confortable although the pillows left a little to be desired. they did have a pillow menu and were glad to bring anything you wanted. Staff was friendly.

The staff here was excellent. They were friendly, outgoing, and always willing to help. This central location was great for touring the city. The downside of this hotel was the small bathrooms...the door hit the toliet! The rooms were just average in size, nothing special. I expected a little nicer facility because it was supposedly recently renovated...but we didn't spend that much time in our room so it sufficed.

Everyting was just fine: staff were nice and friendly, room was clean, location is perfect. Tours agent was there every day, so we could purchase all excursions at the hotel, which was very important to us.What was missing?I would say-shuttle to/from airport. That would be more comfortable for the gests.Overall, hotel is very good, we will recommend it to our friends.

I took my daughter for a vacation and the hotel was great. The staff went out of their way to help us. The rooms were made up every day with plenty of fresh towels and amenities. The sub way station was about 3-4 blocks away (bowdoin station) and this was the most economical way to travel. The area around the hotel was safe and secure even late at night with a lot of foot traffic. Cabs readily available but with the 7 day subway pass @*/person, that was the way to go. Easy to find historic landmarks and the trolley's for tours were great. I wish all of my hotel experiences were this pleasant. the furnishings in the rooms were a little dated but otherwise clean and well-maintained. would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location, walking distance to shopping, food, Little Italy, long wharf, historical landmarks, subway. Saved by not renting a car, fighting traffic, parking. Near hospital so lots of sirens on streets but room was quiet.

Good location, comfortable room. Nothing. Good location in the Back Bay, nice rooms and friendly staff.

We loved the Holiday Inn Boston at Beacon Hill. The staff were very professional and competent; the room was clean, safe and fully functional; and the location of the hotel couldn't be beat (central to nearly everything). We would DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we are in Boston. The hotel is also close to two subway ("T") stops, so access to the rest of the city was a breeze.

Easy walk or short "T" ride to see the Boston sights. Whole Foods and several breakfast places nearby. Only suggestion would be to request a room above the second floor - the parking lot for Whole Foods/CVS is on the same level and we didn't feel we could open our curtains. We didn't request a change since we were out most of the day. We took the Trolley tour to get familiar with the city, then walked to most places. One of our best dinners was at Panificio on Charles Street just off Cambridge.

Convenient location. Needs to get freshened up. Lobby is small and univiting. Through priceline, this is the 3rd time we wound up in this hotel. It works for us in terms of convenience and the location isn't bad. It suits its purpose.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again and easy access to all that Boston has to offer.

This small, friendly hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly. I had requested a room with a view and had a lovely view of the Charles River. The beds and linens are super clean. While the furniture is a little worn, it does not change anything as far as how nice my stay there was. Words that are important: small, friendly, clean, convenient. The exercise room is open 24 hours a day with acess by room key. But you can just as easily walk to the river and exercise along the beautiful Charles River. There is a buffet/menu restaurant on the premises, but there are several coffee and bagel establishements right outside the hotel. The drug store and Whole Foods are right behind the hotel also. I would definitely stay there again next trip to Boston.

We went to Boston as total 'tourists' and found this hotel and location simply by the internet and info provided there with ---- transit closeness --- tourist attractions etc etc. Worked out perfectly for all.

Very convenient location to both my business and to the airport. I think they should consider upgrading the room furnishings. Not yet seedy, but needs to be done in the next 18 -24 months.

Everything at the hotel was very clean. Front desk help was very friendly. The location is great for walking around Boston. The only problems was that the elavators took along time.
