The hotel was easy to find. Our room was very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, there was some controlled hay burning nearby, which made the hotel smell of smoke. It disappeared by morning. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Great room with stand up shower. Very friendly staff and nice lobby bar. Nice new hotel and were that staff actually was taking pride in the service.

Very clean, LCD TV, convenient location. No complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it (& not cheap!). We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I especially liked the LCD TV in the room. The only negatives were the high breakfast menu prices, we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere cheaper, & the bathroom didn't have a vent. We were well pleased overall, though.

This new Holiday inn was great with the price. It's clean and convenient. Hotel staff was very kindly to help customers to meet what they what. We would definitely will use it next time when we come to Jacksonville.

It was very clean and new. The breakfast was quite pricey compared to similar hotels I've stayed in a similar breakfast was free.

New hotel, great staff. Clean. Good location. Small lounge area. Smaller restaurant and lounge area. Otherwise a very nice hotel. This is a very new hotel, good sized rooms and very clean. The rooms are quiet, without any noticeable outside noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was small, but what items they had were good.

The room was very comfortable. Nice TV in the room. It was very nice nothing bad to say except you should have a credit or debit device on your vending machines. Not all people have cash on them. And then people don't want to pay the fees on the ATM machines.

Very clean, new, and modern. Nothing. Hotel is very new and the facilities were very nice. Large beautiful rooms with all the things one would need on a business trip. Close to a very large shopping mall and easy access to highway.

The room was extremely clean and modern. It didn't make it clear that I had to request a change of linen by the maid. This hotel was very nice. The decor was impeccable, it's new, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that the curtains could not be closed, (the curtain rod prevents that from happening, but there are a set of sheer curtains in the open space), and the pillows were smaller than standard.

This hotel exceeded my expectation. Though this hotel is slightly out of the way the cleanliness and comfort would far out weight any negative.

The flat screen TV, microwave and mini-fridge were excellent. Clean, modern recently built hotel located in quiet commercial area. Nearby easy access to highways. The styling of common areas including the bathroom located off the lobby were better than most hotels and included modern features and real towels (not paper) with marble like countertops.

People were great, very helpful, when locating places and very helpful overall. We didn't have anything to say but good things. All I can say at this time a sign out on the street will be helpful in finding the hotel at night. They have been open for 4 months, doing a great job.
