A terrific experience from a moderately priced hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel has a great location - at the doorstep of several malls, as well as near the nightlife. Location wise, you cant beat it. The room was fantastic too - so well appointed and impeccably clean. I cannot remember a single thing that was wrong with this hotel. Top notch all the way.

Very nice facility with helpful staff. Excellent palce to stay with freindly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and the pool and bar are nice places to hangout. Well located and close to Sky train.

Better than other Holiday Inns I've been to. I found a flying insect in cup after pouring canned ice tea. An upscale Holiday Inn. But visibly clear to not be in the star category as the intercontinental right next door.

Fantastic hotel. One of the nicest Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. Traffic can be very heavy in the bustling area surrounding the hotel making taxi rides longer during peak times. My husband and I started our honeymoon out at this hotel situated in the business district of Bangkok. We were very happy with the location and floored by the beauty of the hotel and our room. The bathroom had an amazing shower and the room was very clean and spacious with pleasant decor. We really enjoyed cocktails in the bar with intimate lighting and a DJ spinning tunes while a very charismatic Thai man played the bongos and all sorts of instruments. The drinks were expensive but worth it. The hotel offered a lot of luxury - would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, rushing to open doors, help with luggage, etc, clean sheets and towels, bottled water daily and great access to sky train and shopping. Nothing I did not like. Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn, staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was supplied with clean towels and bottled water daily, sheets and bedding was changed daily, sky train access right outside hotel lobby and Starbucks and Coach stores right across street, would definitely stay at again for future trips to Bangkok.
