Registration clerk was outstanding. Made you feel like she was genuinely happy you were there. Great Breakfast buffet. Perfect location for where we were going.

The Holiday Inn is located in Aurora within sight of I-88 on Orchard rd. Anything you could possibly need to go buy is within 3 miles or so. Target, Penney's,Petco and McDonalds to the North and Panera,Chili's,Buffalo Wild Wings and Home Depot to the South. There is a 7-11, Jiffy Lube and carwash just outside the hotel parking lot. We didn't use any of the amenities, so I can't report on that. The room was a bit larger than most, with lots of floor space on both sides of the King bed. There was the typical desk/chair workstation, but it also had a very comfy chair and ottoman as well. The large flat screen TV was sitting on a long dresser that was nice looking (we didn't use it). Two bedside tables with lamps, one didn't work (oh well)an alarm clock and phone. The room temp was a little warm for us, 77 degrees. I thought I had turned it down, but it must not have an override feature on it. There was a mini fridge, microwave and mini coffeepot. There was a full size closet with wooden hangers, a full size ironing board with an iron. The bathroom was nice as well. It had a walk-in shower, which was very nice, but would have been a problem if we had needed to bathe a child without a tub.Like I said, not a problem for us, but families should take note of this. This facility apparently accepts pets as there was a large dog across the hall that I heard a few times. This wasn't enough of a problem to need to change rooms though. All in all, I would stay in this hotel again when I am in the area.

Good location for what we needed to accomplish while in the area. You have to run the water for a good 2 plus minutes to get it hot enough to shower. Very wasteful in my view.

Front desk staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Nothing. This hotel has the comforts of a more upscale hotel but still the family friendliness that you come to expect from a Holiday Inn.

Great accommodations with comfortable beds. I stayed only one night and had an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the room was very comfortable and clean. The small refrigerator in the room was an added plus.

This hotel is easy to locate right of I-88. I had a poor experience with the room. They way the curtains are designed only the sheer closes. The heavy curtains leave a 3 foot gap through which the a large spotlight in the parking lot (security light) shined directly into my room all night. I did not contact the management as I figured the curtains in all rooms were designed the same way. The curtains also did not block out the sun so sleeping late was out of the question.

Very clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Overall this was a nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. My sister was with me, we were at the hotel bar, as were about 7 other people and the lady called last call at 10:00.

Very clean. Too expensive. It was a very nice and clean hotel. It was too expensive. The restaurant was never open. More for business people.
