My daughter likes eggs and 2/4 days we ate at the buffet and had to wait for eggs to come out. I realize that there is alot of bugs in wooded areas and with the construction that is going on and the coolness of the rooms. But, the spiders and ants was not what I wanted to get out of the shower too. Our room was cleaned but one day our towels were taken that were hung up and not replaced. We made due. I don't think we should have to ask for towels. We did on the third day because we slept in and didn't know when we were leaving. The cleaning ladies were very nice to us and brought us enough towels to last a week it seemed like but it was for the day as we were leaving the next day. My daughter loved the bed and the pillows she thought she was in heaven. It only took her about 5 minuts every night to fall asleep. Would I stay in this hotel again. Probably, but I would hope the changes would be made. I have always liked holiday inns. One bad experience doesn't ruin all experiences. Location to Fort Gordon was great. I seen my son everyday and it was easy to get to and from.

Friendly staff; new carpet; fantastic food and drinks. No shower cap in room. Excellent location right off main highway an state expressway. Excellent restaurant and pool area. Food was great and friendly and accomodating staff.

It was very nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. The rooms were very clean and my husband loved the king sized bed, very comfortable. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do.

Easy location. Let me count the ways. Lobby great, room poor, door security was poor as one of the latches was broken, AC very noisy, exterior exposed rooms. Food OK, room was clean.

The Hotel was comfortable and well kept. The Staff could not do enough for us - they were friendly, helpful, and always wanted to do more. The shuttle was convenient and was available to take us to restaurants, sites, and even the 2008 Masters Golf Tournament.

The rooms were newly renovated, new carpet and nice furniture.

This hotel was nice once I got into a room that had been cleaned. The day staff was very friendly and hlepful. My one complaint was with the state fo the first room they gave me. I was placed in a room that had not been cleaned when I first arrived, however they did get right to putting me in a room that was clean. I loved the laout of the room. IT would be a great place to stay for business where you were sharing the room with another place. The bathroom is setup so you can got to the bathroom and not be bothered by someone needing to use the tub or sinks. They also have a seperate shower in a seperate section of the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room was very clean. This was definitely a great deal for the money on Priceline. It exceeded my expectations.

It was clean and well stocked with amenities. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Pillows were too small, couldn't get us a crib for the baby, and had a hard time finding extra blankets. I think the Holiday Inn Express was a good value. I thought it was clean and easy to check in and out of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only major drawbacks for me are that they don't seem to be equipped for full capacity. They didn't have extra blankets and couldn't provide a crib for the baby as mentioned in the handbook of services. The pillows were also really small, like the size of couch pillows. Not very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel staff was outstanding and accomodating. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was outstanding. We were staying for a swim meet and the staff actually changed the time of breakfast to open the restaurant an hour earlier to accommodate the swimmers. That is outstanding service!

It was close in proximity to where my classes where being held. Need better excess from the parking lot to the rooms for handicap individuals. In general the hotel and accommodations were pretty nice. The hot breakfast was really hit the spot in getting your day started.

The front desk staff was great upon check in. The check out staff was very rude to my husband upon check out. The hotel was very nice and cleaned. Was not sure sometime what you will get with a 2 1/2 star hotel. But I was very pleased and very help with the location and the hotel.

Leaving! Cold eggs, bacon, and grits! no wonder its free with room. I got no sleep. This is a military GI party stop! They are so loud. running up the stairs, loitering around the walkways, and extremely loud conversations, until 430 in the morning when police forced them to be quiet. After no sleep because of other guests, the housekeepers came knocking the door downat 930am! not a good experience, and not compensated for anything!

Convenient location to Ft Gordon External entrances to rooms This hotel met my needs very well. The rooms were what I expected from a Holiday Inn. The courtyard was very pretty and the pool looked nice (it wasn't warm enough to try it out).

Free breakfast and a lounge. No interior corridors - all room doors to exterior! Not bad, but older. No interior corridors - all room doors open to the exterior! Nice staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. No hot water for 2 days, outside walk to lobby & restaurant. Good location near Augusta Mall & interstate. Friendly staff and attractive lobby & lounge. Nice breakfast buffet. No interior rooms/hallways to lobby and restaurant can be a long outside walk to them. Water heater broke and we had no hot water for 2 days, finally got switched to a different room with hot water.

The friendly service and the comfy sofa. Nothing around within walking distance except other hotels. Excellent service, clean room and good hot breakfast.

The setting of the pool and the free full breakfast. The noise of theAC was too loud. Located in an industrial area but near intersection of interstate and a local thoroughfare. Fifteen minutes from historic area of Augusta GA. Small room, but clean. Beautiful pool area and very good full breakfast. Friendly staff. Loud AC.
