I will not recommend this hotel..the bellman was not helpful. He just carried our bags in the lift and asked us to go up to our level by leaving the bags in the lift..The Staff at the counter did not even tell us that they are going to block a sum amount in my bank account...we did not have a pleasant stay..there was not even an apology from the staff!

Staffs are great, hotel is clean and quiet. Food selections are wide. Thanks for a warm welcome. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Singapore.

My husband and I came and had a good time staying at the hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view from the 13th floor, especially during the sunrise. The hotel provides a good price breakfast buffet, with a large choice of food and tropical fruits. The staff was very efficient and friendly. My husband and I would definetly come back, if we go back to Singapore.

Positives: The hotel was clean and modern and we had no problems with the room or the staff except as noted below. The excellent concierge staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because the hotel was not in the downtown shopping district a free shuttle bus was provided to Orchard St. We used it several times and were satisfied with the service. The hotel is near Chinatown and not far from downtown so cab fare is reasonable. The meals in the hotel are overpriced. The hotel is about 4 blocks from a very nice shopping mall and we walked to the mall for meals several times. The mall offered all of the cuisines available in Singapore in a foodcourt and in restaurants. So there was a choice of prices. Negatives: The hotel told us no non-smoking rooms were available though we paid extra at travelocity for a non-smoking room. It took several minutes with the manager before he gave us a non-smoking room. It was midnite after a 23 hour trip and we suspect that the hotel was attempting to take advantage because they knew we were tired. We never were able to determine if the class of the room they gave us was same or better than the one we booked but it was non-smoking and clean and up to the standards of a good American hotel.

The Holiday Inn Atrium is in an odd location, which I assume accounts for availability of rooms at short notice and a very reasonable price. The walk into the center of Chinatown is long and not particulalry interesting, and almost everything else demands a bus or taxi ride. But as a quiet, relaxing hotel for a short stopover this was fine. Simple meals in the bar were welcome, though the breakfast, at $S20, was way overpriced for what we got, and the service was poor.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location and wonderful staff people. The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. They had a large pool and jacuzzi, but we were too busy to use them. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

"I only stayed one night - in transit, but was pleasently surprised with the quality of the hotel. Good gym and pool facilities. It is a bit out of the way of main shopping and attractions but is close to SIA Hop on tour bus stop."

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Free shuttles to China town and Orchard road worked very well and staff knowledgeable about other places of interest and how to get there. Enjoyed pool and son enjoyed fitness facilities. Would recommend highly.

The bellman was very helpful - Cool elevators too! The smell of the room was sometimes too strong (cleaning stuff). Great hotel, need to take a taxi to the MTR though thats is the only downside. I would stay here again!

Not close to trains. Outdated, clean, simple, friendly staff, expensive room service, a bit overpriced.

clean, nice and modern, but away from the middle of the city and public places. Excellent but not good for travelers who look for fun.

Beautiful interior hall. Room and bathroom not clean. Hotel room was not too clean. I think it is about time the bathroom and the interior need repairing.

Design; cleanliness; good staff. In-room amenities spotty; safe didn't work. Convenient to Tiong Bahru Market (the best hawker center in SG) but about nothing else.

The design of the hotel was amazing. The restaurant served a wide variety of foods to cater to the palates of everyone. Site leads guests to believe that shuttle service will take you anywhere within a 6-mile radius. This is not true. The hotel was very nice, and it definitely exceeded my expectations for a Holiday Inn. There was a complimentary shuttle service which transported guests to Orchard road. That was very convenient for our family of four. I was led to believe that the service would take guests anywhere within a 6-mile radius, but found that this was not true. Nonetheless, my stay at the Holiday Inn Atrium was very pleasant and I would definitely consider staying there again if I am ever in Singapore.

Friendly and helpful staff, very efficient. The cost of internet service is prohibitive! We had a hard time justifying the connection cost and had to go elsewhere to use the internet. I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Atrium. It was conveniently located just minutes from downtown. I was impressed by the staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel for business travelors because of the internet costs.

Good amenities. Bed was a bit hard. Better than expected quality for a Holiday Inn. Pleasant staff. Accessible to public transportation.

Customer service andexcellent hotel. Great customer service andvery helpful staff. Free shuttle to Orchard Road and Clarke. Walking distance to almost everything. Internet is too expensive. But the overall is great.

Good location they unlock windows for fresh air ifyou sign waiver. Beautiful atrium soaring 27 storeys withno plants! At first may seem like out of way location but a short 20 minute walk gets you to Riverfront and Clark Quay and Boat Quay. More of a local place with great views from upper floors. They had a guest cocktail reception in later afternoon but I was out at Riverfront so missed it. Of course taxi is easy and made it to Changi in 20 minutes.

Room bed amenities location comfort. Not problems. Athen Greece Intercontinental. It was perfect for us. Very comfortable and easy to get around with a short walk to the metro plus being in a residential area a nice coffee shop and internet place.
