The HOliday Inn Select is an okay property; however, the supervisor on duty at check-in was very rude and unprofessional. He made an error at check-in and 3 days later, I'm still trying to resolve the issue with my bank.

The fact that you have to use your room key to get come the elevator. Nothing.

The quick check-in and comfortable room made it a good stay for an overnight stopover. The hotel shuttle actually ran on time. The rooms were very nice and the staff was efficient but not very friendly. The restaurant was a little disappointing for dinner but breakfast was very good.

Availablilty. I wanted two beds in each room and only one king bed for each room was available.

Rooms were spacious, felt very secure with elevator only accessible to guests with keys. Adequate parking for your car. My only disappointment was with the restaurant service. We had hoped to have our breakfasts there but never saw anyone in the dining area. Our one attempt to have lunch there, left a lot to be desired.

Bed was out of this world. What a mattress! Bed was out of this world. What a mattress! No complimentary breakfast! Hotel is really great. Rooms are beautiful and bed is just wonderful.

Close to airport, clean, decent rooms, new decor andfurniture. Not a lot of dining options in the immediate area. I had no problems with the hotel and would stay again. I did not patronize the bar/restaurant, but they both seemed nice; if you didn't face the lobby while in the restaurant, you wouldn't know you were in a Holiday Inn. Exercise facilities were a little better than most, some Nautilus equipment and dumbbells. The hotel seemed pretty new, and the staff was friendly.

Location to airport. Shuttle service to airport starts later than my flight. I prefer not to use a taxi, when I have airport shuttle service available. Nice people and decent hotel.Price was GREAT!

Staff was friendly, great location, cleanliness, and distinct and very comfortable rooms. Only one computer in the business center. This is the one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time and I travel weekly.

The hotel rooms were well kept. The beds slept comfortable. The hotel business center was not up to par, the restaurant hours weren't sufficient to guest needs. The overall image of the hotel was great. The room was very nice and well maintained. The hotel should work on perfecting its business. The hotel clerk agreed and suggest that my family go to the Hyatt to use their business center. I took the advise, but felt that the hotel should not advise guest to visit neighboring hotels. The hotel also was slightly fee-ish. I was not happy with the fact that the hotel charged an additional 10.00 for roll away beds or double bed rooms. Also, the hotels restaurant was very pricy and the business hours were very short for late arrival travelers.

The hotel was very clean I was pleased. The pool was not so clean but, I didn't use it anyway. Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable. Although I called in advance to check if my son's X-Box game can be connected to the TV. I was told YES but after we got there we found out that it could not. My son was a little upset!

The lobby was nice and the restaurant had reasonable prices. The rooms spelled like mildew and the carpet was dirty in the hallways and rooms. The hotel must have spent all of their money on the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are outdated and there was pink gum on the wall. The customer service was okay but talking to them on the phone they are not as friendly. Also they nickel and dime to you.

Great location and access to interstate. Overall cleanliness was lacking. This feedback is late but memorable, it was one of the rare occasions I was disappointed with a hotel selection. I somehow overlooked this feedback form and remembered to change search criteria. I really would not choose to stay there!

Nice beds and bathrooms. Only one elevator was working and nothing to warn travelers about the extended wait. Nice hotel staff. Nice rooms. Terrible restaurant.
