We arrived at 11:30am and no rooms were available because they still needed to be cleaned. I told them my wife is pregnant and they had a room ready in one hour, it made my trip and hers.

The hotel was nice, the cabin was private, the staff was friendly, the location wasadequate to the downtown area, the restaurant was convenient.

Very clean and comfortable. No free breakfast. Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Hotel was very clean but a little dated.

no frig, no microwave, no breakfast, over priced compared to other hotels in the area that offer far more for less. travel agent has a limited number of area hotels in cody and after driving through we spotted several with vacancies that we would have preferred for much less. do your homework. this is nothing more than a basic chain hotel with an outdoor pool that requires nonrefundable prepayment and is not worth the cost.

Reserved and had a confirmed non-smoking room but was told at the check-in desk it was the online check-in that caused us to get a smoking room to match our pre-paid reservation. Maids were pounding on the room door 3 times before 8:30. They did comp the breakfast because we had already paid.

The Holiday Inn of Cody, WY was located on the main road into town and also the main road into Yellowstone. The room was pretty small without adequate space for clothes to be hung or stored, not enough cabinets. It did have a table and two chairs which were totally unneeded and a waste of space that could have been better used.

The cabin was fine once we got settled however, they lost our reservation and then had to switch cabins because they gave us the wrong size cabin. Probably will not stay there again for the price.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The restaurant was a bit over priced a breakfast buffet was $11.95! Nice, and clean hotel. Comfortable beds and nice rooms.

The fact that this is a regular old Holiday Inn is both good and not-so-good news. It is a reliably-good place to stay that offers nothing original. It is priced a little above the mom and pop motels and delivers a little more such as in-room coffe maker, ironing board, and an air conditioner that works. The restaurant was a bonus: very good food, better than average service, real table cloths, and reasonable prices. After being on the road for a week, we ate most of our meals there because we knew the odds were that other places could not beat it.

The beds were small. Our room smelled like years of cigarrette smoke. We told the staff but they were not accomodating.

Clean room, friendly service, excellent location and great restaurant. Cheap take out coffee cups in the lobby. We were very happy with the location of the hotel in Cody. We would very much like to go back to that area. I would suggest this hotel to those visiting Buffalo Bill Village. My children enjoyed the pool, I was happy to have a laundry room available and we all enjoyed great food in the restaurant. This hotel is minutes from shopping in the village and the guys got in some great fishing!

Excellent place. Comfortable bed, plenty of GOOD pillows, real glasses and coffee mugs, great shower, HGTV and Fox News, good restaurant meals and prices, and pleasant staff. We loved it! Too bad we aren't likely to be back there anytime soon.

Holiday Inn a Buffalo Village had nice rooms. One of the best things was the 4 (yes, 4) pillows per bed. The beds were comfortable. We stayed two nights.

We did not like anything about this hotel. No elevator, stinks, old and too expensive for a hotel in that shape. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay there was not a pleasant stay at all.

We knew we were going to have double beds butwon't do this again. Too small for 4 people we found. Had trouble getting enough towels - we got 3 and needed 4. Staff had trouble understanding since many did not speak English. We had trouble with the plumbing at first but the maintenance men came immediately and were very pleasant. Also came to work on the TV very quickly. Wish they would have had a small continental breakfast instead of just coffee. Wanted us to go to the attached restaurant so we bought some breakfast stuff and ate in the room. Oh, yes, really missed the fan in the bathroom. Pretty bare bones room actually but since we decided on the spur of the moment to go to the Buffalo Bill Museum guess we were lucky to have a room at all. People in the Village store next door had fruit and finger food at 5 P.M. Very nice.

Front desk when I checked out was very friendly. Clean rooms. Front desk clerk when I checked in did not understand my accent and was a little rude when I tried to ask her questions. Very clean rooms, very easy to find hotel, very family oriented.

The Holiday Inn at Cody, Wyoming was very accomodating to our family. It was evident that thought was given to making the hotel user friendly to families as indicated in the large comfortable room, attentive staff, and fine restaurant on-site. The location made for easy and simple access to the area attractions.
