The Holiday Inn Amsterdam is conveniently located slightly south of the center of Amsterdam. Guests at the hotel will be able to catch a tram or a metro that will easily take them into the center of the city.

The Holiday Inn Amsterdam can be easily accessed from the airport by catching a train from the airport to the RAI Station, which is located next to the hotel. Trains run every 15 minutes and the ride between the airport and the hotel is just a short 10 minutes.

Standard rooms as well as family rooms are available at the Holiday Inn Amsterdam Hotel. Family rooms have two double beds. All of the rooms at the hotel are soundproofed for comfortable sleeping.

No BarI always pick a holiday inn or simila because you expect there to be services late at night but there was no restaurant other than snacks and the bar was shut very early

smallish room, no fun amenities to stock up on, BUT it was close to the tram.. hotelpeopple knew what they were talking about and were quite helpful

Gift shop personnel were friendly and informative. Counter staff wasclueless about restaurants. First day there was hair on my pillow, counter staff had false or or misleading information on restaurants. They didn't know the area, restaurant in hotel outrageously expensive with out the requisite good taste in the food.

Overall this hotel offers everything you need and is close to public transportation. The rooms are a decent size and the workout facility is state of the art. The restaurant food tastes great and is somewhat overpriced. If possible don't pay the 27 Euros a day for parking but park in the adjacent spaces outside the lot. The hotel is conveniently located off the Autobahn and yes, we would stay there again and the hotel is comfortable for families.

This hotel is about a 15 minute tram ride to Amsterdam city center. It was nice to be able to get out of downtown. The hotel is very clean, the service was great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and most spoke English. There is a restaurant on site. We did not eat there but the menu looked a little pricey. The only problem was that there was no place to get food in the vicinity except the hotel restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience for us staying at this hotel. We would surely stay there again.

nice hotel shame about the breakfaststaff are corteous and very helpful. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast which was pretty poor

excellent value on an otherwise expensive city. nice room size, nice view, good deal for a long weekend stay on a business-traveler-oriented hotel. 15 min subway ride from downtown amsterdam / 30 min tram ride. tram + subway is a 3-4 minute walk. LOCATION IS HIGHLY CONVENIENT. courteous + helpful staff. will stay again. no free internet, not even lobby PC.Tram #4 (last stop on the line) - 30 min to Centraal StationMetro #51 - Station Rai (can take train to/from airport here) - 15 minute ride to Centraal Station

Parking is adequate; more expensive in garage than in car park. VERY close to tram stop. Room was small, but adequate and well furnished. Think it is overpriced for location - even with LateRoom's discounted prices. Quiet, clean and easy to locate.

Although located far away from city center, the tram stops right across the entrance of the hotel, which was great. 27 Euros for a 24 hour internet connection! Crazy! ALso, the (free) breakfast was not good.

My room wasn't very clean. There were stains on the carpet, possible from pet. Stains and tears in the bed comforter made me wonder how clean the bedding was. The only satisfying thing was the location of the hotel. It was away from the hussle and bussle of downtown but easy to get to by train, tram and bus. I might give it another chance.

Clean, really nice looks in room and lobby, friendly, multilingual staff. WiFi 5 EUR for 15 minutes, in-room-internet 22 EUR for 24 hrs! Parking 25 hrs/day. Sink clogged in bathroom. AC slow. Clean, sharp-looking 4* hotel. Rooms are kind of spacious and look really nice. Extras too expensive.Pay-movies 22 EUR a day entertainment flat rate. Mini bar in room expensive (0.33 liter, Coke can for 4,50 EUR!). Location south of Amsterdam, directly at A10 freeway, convenient to RAI convention center. But it takes 30 minutes with tram 4 to get to main station. Tram line starts right in front of the hotel (maybe 5 minutes walk), still though it's more expensive, you can also take the Metro 51 from the RAI station. It only takes 14 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal main station, and also runs every 10 minutes, just like the tram does. The tram line is very shaky, not a convenient ride. Tip: If you're there on the weekend, there's free street parking on De Boelelaan and it seems like a really safe area.

Clean, comfortable beds andspacious rooms. Location, no included breakfast. I liked the hotel- friendly staff, roomy, very clean, and safe. It was not the most convenient location as we had to take the metro or tram in and out of the city; however, it was conveniently located right near the tram and metro stops.

Staff spoke excellent English. Facilities were very clean. Best ways to get into and out of town were not briefed to us upon arrival. Concierge was very helpful, but the staff could have helped with the confusing transportation. Parking was expensive and we had to search out an answer to where the best/cheapest/closest places were. Same for finding our way into the main part of Amsterdam.

Staff was excellent. Lounge was not very good. We loved the location of this hotel. Just outside of the busiest area of Amsterdam, so quiet but convenient. Staff was excellent and hotel was very clean and modern. Room was a little small but ok.

We arrived at 8 AM in the morning after a long and grueling series of flights. Checked right in! Breakfast was not included. The Holiday Inn Amsterdam Rai has a great location with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Loved it. Very quiet.
