Cleanliness of rooms and common spaces.

Everything about my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the delightful service from the front desk staff, the pristineness of my room, the cleanliness of the perimeter and interior of this hotel was and is superior. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Brand new 5 month old facility- Arrvied at 130 PM on a Saturday to find 2 staff at the front desk. Asked about early check in as the hotel seemed quite empty. Were told thats not possible, which we understood. no problem. Asked if their shuttle bus sitting outside of the front door partially blocking the entrance was availible to take us downtown, which we were told was out of the way. Again, understand. So being out of towners, we asked if they could call us a cab. They proceeded to look in a drawer and pull out a business card and hand it to us. Seemed like on a Saturday afternoon with an employee and a manager both at the front desk, surely one of them could have gone out of their way for 20 seconds to make a simple phone call for a cab. Instead, we made a long distance phone call from our cell phone.Maybe it was the 4 hour drive, but I didnt feel we were greeted and treated in a way that was very customer service friendly.

This hotel was very comfortable, the room was much much larger than most with a desk and two small seating areas. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the rest of the room and and there was a sink with a long counter and more than adequate space for hanging clothes - and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good.

Breakfast is expensive. The hotel in general was very modern, inviting and clean. My room was on the 5th floor of the hotel which for some reason meant I had to use my room key to get the elevator to go that far. Although a very slight inconvenience, it made me feel like I was special. Also with a 5th floor room came 2 free vouchers for a drink from the bar and 2 free breakfast buffet vouchers - I'm not sure why this was, but it was awesome!

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Madison at The American Center on several occasions. My stay has been most enjoyable. The staff remembers me by name and the faciltiy is top notch- I have not seen a fitness center with so much quality equipment in any of my past hotel stays. The beds are sooo comfortable and I love the flat screen tv's. I also enjoyed dining in Geier's Grill-especially liked the Tauschers Chicken-the menu said that it is Green Bay Packers, Mark Tauscher's own recipe. I would definately recccomend this hotel.

This hotel was brand new when I stayed. Perfect Location, wonderful staff, beautiful clean rooms. I would definitly stay here again. VERY convenient to both Downtown and Suburbs.

Great lobby, new hotel and big rooms. Breakfast buffet - cheap and boring - though waffles were good. A nice new and very welll designed hotel but fairly mundane otherwise and not as many free amenities as are standard these days. Breakfast buffet would have been fantastic free but not very good at all for $8.95.

I have been staying at this particular Holiday Inn once a month for the past year. The hotel staff ranks up there with the best.

They were extremely helpful in an emergency weather situation. It's located in a business park with nothing around it. The hotel is a standard issue Holiday Inn, so there was nothing particularly charming, but the hotel is well-maintained, the room was comfortable and immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend it for business travelers. I also appreciated the business center and an excellent internet connection.

Clean, fresh decor. The breakfast buffet was very average.

New build, clean, up scaled amenities, good nights stay. Nothing comes to mind. Previously we would stay at the Crowne Plaza in Madison. My initial thoughts were that this could be a disaster, but after arriving and seeing how clean and finished this place was, my view was quickly turned. What I enjoyed the most was the shower, most hotels will put a shower in a tub, Holiday Inn actually got rid of the tub and there is only a stall shower--lots of room too! Everything electronic in the room was LG, flat screen was nice and a lot of HD channels. Friendly hotel staff, bed was comfortable, so all in all restful night.

Clean, new, great amenities. Location in relation to downtown. I have never stayed in a nicer Holiday Inn. Everything was new and clean. It was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and the huge HD flat screen was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was good.

Food was good, room was quiet. Of 2 keys, one did not work, not a big deal. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Newer facility-great location for my visit. Mosquitoes on outdoor patio was horrible, consider spray. I found the visit pleasant from the start due to friendly staff. I'm sure I presented at registration appearing v. disheveled because my van lost it's air conditioning in Michigan. We traveled many hours without air. I was traveling alone with 3 children 11 years old and less.

Great rooms! Great service! Good location for business travelers! For me, the location. I was at the alliant energy center not the American center! This hotel is great! It is in the perfect location for business travelers! The staff was excellent and even let us check in early! There were definitely no complaints!

Location and cleanliness. Jacuzzi did not work properly and had difficulty with room keys working from time to time. Overall nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms and nicely equipped. Disappointed with the size of the pool and the fact that the Jacuzzi was not working. For the price I was also disappointed that a continental breakfast was not offered.

New Modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Location was not very convenient off the interstate. Took some good directions to find. I would stay again. Beautiful new hotel. Can be difficult to find off the interstate but well worth the effort.

Beautiful facility and rooms, helpful staff. The hallway smelled of fish on our floor when we checked in. We had an excellent stay. We dined in the restaurant, swam in the pool, and enjoyed sleeping in a beautiful room.
