We were only there at night to sleep, but it was clean and quiet.

The overall look and feel of Double tree St. Louis was amazing! Bathroom tubs were slipper and toilet seats were uncomfortable. The hotel was simply beautiful! The lobby itself was clean, open, friendly and I loved the decor. The warm cookies that you received upon checking in were delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

My husband, 3 year old and I all stayed at the HI on 11/25/08. We checked in around 11:45pm the desk clerk expedited the check in. We stayed in an Executive King. The bed was very very nice. The room was clean. The only complaint I have is the walls seemed very thin. You could hear what went on next door. I would stay at this hotel again. Very convenient to gas stations and McDonalds. The hotel is very contemporary as far as furnishings, it does need a bathroom matinence.

Stayed overnight for early morning Lambert airport access. Just have to watch the access to hotel from Ryder Rd. If you turn too soon you can wind up on the South Earth City Expressway by mistake and get dumped onto West I70 with no way to get off. We had to drive west to St. Charles, get off and turn around at that exit. My hubby didn't mind as we discovered a Bass Pro Shop at that exit. The Bar & Grill was OK, but not exciting. There was a great porter to help unload and deliver luggage to the room. We'd stay again for the convenience.

Room was very noisy last night of stay. Children and adults in hallways. Lots of activity. Problem with shower. Meal tray from first evening still outside room when I returned late Friday night. Have stayed at this hotel in past with no problems kind of disappointed.Staff have however assisted in returning item left in room to be shipped by my FEd EX account

The pool was good. No hot tub. I stayed at this hotel when it was Four Points Sheraton and it wasn't quite as nice as it was then but is a good value for the Priceline cost.

We live near the area but didn't want to mess with traffic issues out of UMB. Shuttle Service was PERFECT! Great service, even called us to grab shuttle, restaurant good for dinner, pool is great indoor/outdoor combo that kids would love, King room was HUGE.

We loved the location and the price however we paid for a King sized room and received a standard double. It was our first night together as a married couple and we received excellent service but it sure would have been nice to stay in the room we had reserved. Our view was not so great but that was to be expected given the location and being located by the elevators is always noisy. Overall, it was nice and we'd stay there again.

Nothing. The bath tub was clogged, room/bathroom was not cleaned in three days, coffee never replenished. The staff is totally incompetent. The bath tub was clogged, room/bathroom was not cleaned in three days, coffee never replenished. You have ask for every thing. Even plastic glasses were no restocked. I used ice box for firs night and for the rest of three days it still had water, nobody bothered to replace the box or the plastic sheet.

Location. The hotel is in the midst of a remodel, so there is a controlled mess. What is done looks great and the service and our stay were not interrupted at all due to the construction.

Good quality hotel, nice rooms and surprisingly good restaurant. The bar was lively every evening I was there and I stayed 6 nights. I was not tempted to go elsewhere for food.

Rooms were fairly clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was unfriendly and wouldnt return calls for lost items. The hotel itself was decent. I got a great rate from Priceline and was fairly pleased. I've stayed in this area before, and though there isnt much close by it is close to the interstate so you can get to restaurants, etc. My problem was that the people "working" at the front desk were never there and when they finally came out were very uncaring. When I checked in the man could have cared less if I was there or not. Then after we'd left we realized we'd left a few things in the room in a drawer. I called THREE times, talked to someone different every single time with the promise they'd get back to me and they never did. Obviously my clothing items were KEPT by the cleaing staff. I am very upset over this.
