Flight was delayed, so arrived very late, and left early next morning. Typical airport property, a little out dated but clean.

Had the amenities I needed. Would have liked a free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area.

Checked in New Year's eve and stayed 5 days. Came to meet a friend. Loved the Spa. Pool is cool. Room good. Dining great. They forgot to tell us about the 8th floor treat room till the end day. Staff friendly and helpfull. DJ a little to LOUD and needs more variety of music.

I came to Portland with my girlfriend and her son to visit with friends. We've always like Holiday Inns and have never been disappointed. These were some of the nicest people I've ever met - is it just Portland or Holiday Inn or what? They were so nice, helping us out with some extra stuff for the baby, suggesting places to go & things to do. And they had this great little spot where we could use the computer to keep up on email & stuff. Please put this place at the top of your "recommended" list for Portland. Thanks.

Very nice hotel, the food in the restaurant is excellent. They make consider opening up a small cafe for snacks. Once the restaurant closes, no more food for late arrival.

Indoor pool and hot tub. The hallways outside the rooms stank. It was a nice stay, moderate hotel, close enough to the airport and friendly staff.

I stuck at the AIrport due to the weather and the hotel took very good care of me. They picked me up for free, the food at the hotel was great and the rooms was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler that is using the airport for over night accomidations.

Everything was great. Nice staff and we loved the location--very near IKEA and Gresham and very accessible to downtown Portland. Wished the continental breakfast was a bit more varied with more choices, plus all the juice and water was gone by 8:30 a.m. Other than that it was a fine, comfortable stay. Adequate parking, too.

I usually stay at the crowne plaza. I have been all over the world. I like priority club very much but this hotel just isn't up to speed with the service i have gotten at other inter.con.hotels.[...]. I think i know what a guest should expect. The room i was given was very noisy, i was there just between flights. Upon checkout i was told there was 1 printer and 2 people on line waiting to use it. I left without printing my boarding pass or my itinerary. The guest that was in front of me said he had been there 1 week and the computer and printer had been broken the whole time he was there. This is unacceptable, i will be looking for better service at the next stay. Thank you for your time. Gary Reid.

Downtown location and quality sheets. Parking cost $ 29.00 per night. This review is for the Paramount Hotel (we stayed at two hotels total). Older hotel revived in the center of downtown Portland Oregon the location to shopping and entertainment was excellent. The staff was amazingly helpful. The maid service was outstanding. They never bothered us when we were in our room but had it done by our return. How did they know when to do the room?

Dirty, warn, and uncomfortable.....don't do it, you'll be sorry

I was not impressed with this hotel. The food (both restaurant and room service) was at best just OK.The bed was TERRIBLE! the kind you would buy at a thrift store. However the room was clean and the TV/Movies were fine.It seemed to be under staffed (not so good when there is a convention next door)Free parking was nice (getting hard to find as I get older) There was plenty of parking even during the convention.

Very comfortable room. I also used and enjoyed the restaurant, the fitness center, and the computer in a nice area. I would stay again.

Convenient location. The hotel was extremely close to the Portland airport and easy to access. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Room was quiet and staff were helpful. The one negative comment was that the room was cold when I arrived and I had to run the heater for a little while before room was comfortable. Overall, clean room, spacious, very accomodating staff.

Had to fly out early. New bed was great & had shuttle ready & waiting to take me to the airport in the morning. Great steaks for dinner too.

My overall impression of this hotel was that it was shabby. The room was fairly comfortable but the hotel was not very nice. The decor seemed worn and out of date, the indoor pool was just off the lobby so that there was the smell of chlorine throughout, and the fitness room was very small and did not have the best equipment. I was expecting more from a national chain in this price range. And it is not close to the airport or other amenities. I picked this hotel based on other reviews which gave a good rating for hotels in this price range. Because we only stayed one night on our way from the airport to another town, it was ok, but next time I will stay at one of the hotels at the airport.

Free wireless internet access. Room access from available parking was not convenient. OK.

I booked a suit there for my wedding night because this hotel was close to the airport and we needed to leave the next morning for our honeymoon. Bad idea. The room was tiny!! It had a plastic headboard, hard bed, no room at all and it was suposed to be a suit. It is nothing like the pictures. We left early in the morning to get to our flight and didn't have time for breakfast and the hotel didn't offer anything. All they had was tea! That's it! All other hotels offer full continental breakfasts. I was very disappointed and will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

The room was very comfortable besides being right next to the train tracks. We stayed there because it was close to everything that we needed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! We brought our dog and had to pay an extra $25 dollars. Overall all the stay was good! Holiday in Portland~
