The rooms were very small! The store that was located in the hotel was never opened even though it said that they would open in one hour. The hotel was not very clean and the staff was not very friendly. In fact, we were suppossed to stay another night but we booked another hotel in another city because it was just so uncomfortable there. We did not get our money back for the next time we were going to be staying there so we spent the same amount on another hotel which turned out to be so much more better!

Very friendly staff. Bugs in the rooms, all kinds, showing up in the rooms and washrooms. I would pick this hotel again because the staff there was wonderful. The swimming pool area was in desperate need of repairs. The roof was leaking from the rain and water was dripping into the pool - which was fine until I saw mold on the ceiling. Overall, it was nice, the pool won't deter me from coming back.

Our stay at this Holiday Inn was made extra special because of the great staff. Every employee went out of their way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. They all spoke to us any time we entered the lobby and asked if there was any way they could help us. Check-in and check-out also went great. There's nothing worse than a complicated check-in process after hours of traveling, but the people at the front desk were very prompt and courteous. They even helped us with written directions to some local restaurants and other places we wanted to visit. They had a huge indoor pool and heated whirlpool, so rain didn't limit our fun. There was also an attached outdoor patio, so we could enjoy the sun while it was out too! Definitely a plus for families. I am pretty sure their business center was recently upgraded, and they had great wireless connections. I was able to get some work done on my laptop without any hassle at all. I was also impressed with their shuttle service to and from the airport. The drivers were very friendly and responsive to our needs. It was nice to start and end to our vacation on a good note.

The front desk staff was very helpful, providing us with written directions to some of the sights we wanted to see. They were quick to provide us with the extra pillows and blankets we asked about. The pool is indoor, but clean and had plenty of towels available. The hot tub was very hot! The business center consisted of 2 computers and one printer. It was easy to access with fast internet, but there was only 1 printer and it was low on ink. There are several meeting/banquet rooms and the weekend we stayed there was a big wedding reception, so the lobby area was full of noisy party guests. There are 3 elevators, so there was never a wait for an elevator. Sunday morning when we checked out, it only took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. It is farther to downtown Pittsburgh, but easy to get to with basically only 1 highway to stay on. I would stay there again next time!

I stayed at the hotel since I had a reception in the building. The hotel was easily accessable from the parkway and 79. The room was clean and I had no issues at all.

Recently, I had the pleasure of overnighting at the Holiday Inn, Pittsburgh Airport. I just had to write you and let you know that you have a GREAT staff throughout the Hotel!..Our crew arrived very late into the evening on July 9, 2008, and we were very appreciative that the van driver was awaiting us!.. The gentleman checking us in, was so delightful, as was the staff encountered along the remainder of our stay....I must acknowledge the restaurant employees, as well...The hostess, along with my server, Denise, were so accommodating. And Jeff...manning the "omelet station", is a great ambassador for your company!..I couldn't help but notice that he had a kind word for everybody that came into the restaurant..and I do mean everybody! What an engaging gentleman..!!...Thanks to all of you for providing a "great home away from home". Looking forward to coming back!!

I only stayed for about 9 hours (6pm to 3am; hence it is difficult for me to do a full-scale review. From all appearances they have a good facility there, and manage it well. They should expand the fitness and businss facilities.

Good size pool for the kids. Older hotel, upkeep is suspect. Hotel was a little old and not kept up with the maintenance. Panel was falling off in the elevator and TV's were out of date and small. Received a good price though but was a little below my expectations.

Not what you expect out of a Holiday Inn. When I walked in, the lobby was so warm and inviting and the woman at the front desk immediately acknowledged me. The desk manager was also there to greet me, his desk was right in the lobby! They also have a brand new business center, it was convenient and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. My room rate included breakfast (really, didn't have to pay extra) and breakfast was great. There was a cook manning an omelet station to cook my order, so friendly! I checked out the huge indoor pool and thought that I would love to bring my kids back to stay for a weekend, they would absolutely have a ball at this place. I would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport again, service was great, food was awesome, and the value was more than I had expected.

The Holiday Inn Corapolois is a short shuttle ride from the Pittsburgh airport. The service is friendly, and the rooms are furnished as expected. Everything is comfortable, but not luxurious. The shuttle service from the airport runs every half hour, and the driver was very friendly. I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed at lunch time. The desk-clerk said that the shuttle driver could drive me to a local restaurant, but could not guarantee when he could drive me back. I opted to walk to another hotel. This hotel was fine for an overnight stay near the airport.

Rude staff, dirty room, no flexibility forced us into smoking room.

Everything in this hotel is old. If you are traveling on business stay clear as there is NO business center and they have one computer / printer in the lobby. This is usually occupied by a teenager on My Space or one of the airline crew members. Also, printer does not work. Room cleaning service leaves a bit to be desired as well. One day no cleaning , the next day cleaned but no soap left to use, etc. I will not be returning.

The staff was tremendous. Very nice. It was a very mice hotel. Nothing really fancy but still a great value, and the people I dealt with from the staff were tremendous.

I cannot even begin to tell you how bad this stay was. It started positively with a miniature Clark bar being given to our 4 year old grandson. The driveway was dangerous to get in and out of, the rooms were dated but the front desk was kind enough to give us a room overlooking the runway of the airport. Everything would have been fine until we found some charges for things listed on its website for free (NYTimes say that many hotels these days sneak in charges for things that you do not even use). It was a holiday weekend, and a wedding was taking place with the majority of the wedding parting being in the lobby. The weekend manager was adament about the charge and rather than make a scene we decided to wait and talk to the real manager on Monday. Big mistake. while he readily admited the mistake in extra charges, he surprisingly refused to reverse them, a relatively trivial charge of 25. No problem, I began working my way up the system to InterContinental which owns the Holiday Inn. there I faced my biggest disappointment, that the Holiday Inn means nothing when it comes to a certain standard of customer service and satisfaction. Each Holiday Inn can be run as it's owner sees fit and unlike say a McDonald's franchise, there is nocorporate policy for owners. My credit card company ate the charge rather than deal with me contesting it, something HI should have done. I probably cost the company more than 25 in time and aggravation. But choosing not to make things right, they have forever lost my business when they cheated and added 25 for something to my bill that I did not use and all websites said was free.

The shuttle to the airport was 24 hours. The hotel was great for what we needed. The parking while we travels was a bonus.

The room was adequate and check-in was easy. Internet did not work resulting in calling 800 number, things from last guest found under sofa (and visible). This hotel is adequate for conferences or short term stays. The washing machine at the end of the hall was a definite plus, but the lack of a continental breakfast and missing details (internet did not work, required call to 800 number, no soap/shampoo left in room) made the stay not as enjoyable as some others in the area.

The hotel allow animals - dogs were walked through the hotel lobby! Hotel was great - except for the dogs - I don't like sleeping in a room that was last occupied by a dog! Dogs were walked through the hotel lobby! I didn't expect this.

Great for a 1 or 2 night stay and is very close to the airport. This Holiday Inn was perfect. Check in was fast and the shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were very friendly and got us there and picked us up right on time. Also the parking lot is a very safe car to leave your vehicle for the duration of your trip.

Very nice hotel, clean, great staff andexcellent dining. Located in an odd location. Hard to find if unfamiliar with area Located in an odd location. Hard to find if unfamiliar with area. Hotel was very nice, quiet, upscale, and had excellent amenities. The food in the city of bridges cafe was excellent as well as the scenery. The rooms were well laid out, comfortable and clean. The staff was prompt to answer any questions or help out in any way. The only thing that I did not like was the back door into the hotel was to be only accessible with room key, however the lock was removed and the door remained accessible. It’s located just off the interstate and makes getting around very easy.
