The Hotel was perfect, the room was more then I thought it would be and very clean. The resturant was nice and the food was good. The morning breakfast was outstanding! Although the shuttle bus took way longer to get to the airport for pick-up then they said it would, the morning driver back to the airport was very helpful and took me right where I needed to go since I was the only one in the shuttle.

This hotel quality is like a 2 atar hotel, the beds are vot confortable and the room is not attractive at all. The hotel staff is ok.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Food in restaurant was to expensive and shuttle service to airport only dropped you off at the arrival center not the departure area.

It was quiet. Sassy staff, bad location, airport shuttle times iffy, dirty bathrooms. If this hotel was the last breath of fresh air available, id rather just suffocate.

Modern and ameniable to the business traveler. Inconvenient to downtown. Taxi cabs are very expensive. I booked this hotel for my stay during the Frankfurt Book Fair. The accommodations are adequate for the average business traveler, but beware of higher than normal pricing. Daily in-room internet access is $31 US for 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was good quality. I would stay here again in an emergency, but it makes more sense to stay closer to downtown if you have business you must conduct there.

The hotel shuttle bus made it very convenient to get to the hotel and back to the airport. The value breakfast was 14 euros which is the equivalent of $21 at this time. I had booked and paid for a double room but when I checked in and said I would be staying alone, I was put in a small, single room on a floor with renovations being done - both smelly and noisy. I asked to be moved to a better room and was accommodated. It was quite warm and humid during my stay and the air conditioning was inadequate. Even when set at its highest settings the room was not cool.

Its an airport hotel and the airport shuttle was off duty at 11:30 PM. Our overall stay was good, however the hotel being at an airport location, and we chose it for that reason should have a free shuttle service (maybe on call) 24 hours. We required to be picked up from the airport at 11:30 PM and the shuttle was not available and had to take a taxi which increased our hotel cost by 20 Euros.

The food service, the hotel was less than half the cost of the Hilton. Over priced, no military rate.

Airport shuttle, great restaurant. Very small rooms, small elevator, few rude front desk clerks. Shuttle service back and forth from the airport was great, but typically European small rooms with very small elevator. Restaurant was excellent, great food and ambience.
