Very bad experience, wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Dirty and very tight rooms. Ended up with unexplained bites and stuffy nose. Bathroom was filthy and small, was really uncomfortable taking a shower. Staff was very off and unfriendly.

The hotel basically has much potential...but it is wasted the way it is ran by their staff.....if you are a business person needing high speed internet provided by the hotel forget it......i spent over an hour on hold waiting for the hotel ISP tech support without an answer.....once the hotel maintenance was involved they rebooted the AP and i could connect to that but the internet itself was unusable so it was worthless.........the day i checked out our vehicle was broken into.....it was parked directly in front of the front door.......they have no 24/7 security staff and the hotel claimed they had to call someone in from security to view the video........i would not recommend this holiday inn to my worst enemy

Booked a week as I just taken a job down the street... Got in and the room had all sorts of little problems...The Shower leaked, the sink drain was broken I had no wash cloths The wallpaper was ripped in a couple places and the AC/Heat unit was flaky..Let management know they did nothing except bring me wash clothes...The hotel is nice but they need to work on the rooms...

I enjoyed the access to the business center and the option to use the large indoor pool and hot tub. I found some of the staff at the front desk unpleasant. The hotel was clean and had many amenities. We chose to order room service and it arrived promptly. The restaurant was very well stocked and the service was great. The hotel had a beautiful pool and hot tub, although the hours were limited. Overall not a bad stay.

Very nice hotel. Had a outdoor and indoor pool with excercise room inside. Good facility for eating and had shuttle pick up outside hotel.

Holiday Inn Montreal-Airport is close to the airport, the hotel provides a shuttle. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall nearby with a variety of restaurants and a movie theatre, however, you will need a car. There is a rental car agency in the lobby of the hotel.

Bed and linens were great. Some things had been freshly painted and there was a slight aroma. Staff was very friendly and room was nicer than expected. This is what Holiday Inns used to be in their hey day.

We were more than pleased with the staff for their excellent efforts in speaking English and their overall friendliness. The room was initially nicer than we had hoped for, attractive bed linens, plenty of pillows, nicely decorated however attention to details when it came to cleaning became obvious as we spent time in our room. The carpet along the walls were very dirty and the bathroom caulking was in a dire need of repair. With these minor repairs/cleaning completed we would recommend this Holiday Inn.

The Holiday Inn MONTREAL-AIRPORT, Montreal, CA was easy to get to. It was nicely priced and check in was very easy. The room was different than I expected, very small bathroom and a seperate area for the sink and mirror. My first night the TV remote did not work, but it was fixed or changed out by the time I arrived back for my second night. I was dissapointed that there was not some form of a free breakfast, and the menu price for breakfast items seemed a little high. All in all it was a decent stay.

Convenient allowed early check in and late check out. No elevator. Nice hotel great staff only complaint is no elevator and had to carry bags up stairs.

The staff were very rude and unhelpful. They gave us the wrong room at first. There were ants in the room and the furniture was very shabby. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work and the hot water was extremely noisy..

Nothing. Room was very unpleasant - and small - lavatory was placed outside the bathroom! For the name of the hotel - Holiday Inn - I was very displeased with their room.

All I can say is that I spotted and killed three spiders in my room. Doesn't matter if the hotel/resort had a bit of a tropical theme going on, having insects in your room doesn't help. There was one directly above my bed, and one I spotted in the clothing I had left in the bathroom. The location was ridiculous. We were on one side of the highway but there weren't any amenities on this side of the highway. They were all on the other side and the roads are very confusing in Montreal so naturally I couldn't get back to the hotel the first time I went to grab a bite. The hotel didn't have a proper map for visitors to take so they don't get lost. All they had were bad photocopies of the map of the area. Oh the worst thing was that when I called room service to get me a couple of plates, they transferred me to the restaurant and the restaurant subsequently told me that I should come and get the plates myself from there if I needed it. GOOD SERVICE!!! I'm not staying there again.

Atrium. Limited parking. The hotel was a little difficult to get to in the dark, as you have to go past the hotel and under and overpass and around to get to it, because its on the other side of the concrete medium. The room was clean and nice, but there was no extra pillows or blankets in the room, you needed to call the front desk for more. There wasn't enough towels in the room for 2 people.

What this hotel has going for it is that it is two blocks south of a terrific eclectic area in Montreal called the Latin Quarter. Great night life, lots of restraunts and funny people. Kind of like Haite Ashbury 60's feeling. We loved the Latin Quarter. The hotel is a little old and the bathroom grubby tile etc, but it was a very good value considering the location. The restraunt is a little expensive but good service.

Staff. Cleanliness of the room! The staff were very polite. Weird system for accessing the parking lots: gates for no reason! Interesting pool and games but not sure of the sanity. If all the rooms are like the one I had, they will have much difficulties to attract and retain business travelers.

The room at the Holiday Inn was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Parking was very easy and good. Hotel was very easy to get to and very easy drive to the city.
