We easily drove from the Manchester airport, late in the evening; we were met with a friendly face at the check-in plus presented with warm chocolate-chip cookies to take to our room. Beds were luxurious feeling. Attached diner was perfect! All in all, a perfect experience for our needs.

Easy check-in, suite was wonderful, very clean and spacious. Airport Diner (connected to hotel) is AWESOME! The free breakfast comes with the Holiday Inn Express, not this hotel. Sign up for free Priority Club membership and get later check-out time.

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. This one is about five minutes away with a great little coffee shop next door. Very clean and comfortable.

Location. The toilet did not work, overflowed, and not fixed. The toilet stopped up, overflowed, was not fixed and we were not able to be given another room.

Great value with kids, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice pool & hot tub. Diner attahced to Hotel, kids menu only for little kids. Note: No free breakfast as advertised!

Holiday Inn Manchester Airport was clean and close to the airport. There was only a diner for food and fast food across the street from the hotel, so you should plan ahead if you want more than a burger. I had to reset the room key about everyday even though I made sure to keep it away from electronics. the A/C unit was noisy and only had one 'high' setting so I was either hot or cold. The pool was nice, though on the small side.

Bathroom was stinking with bad smell. Furnisher was old, lobby was not clean as other hotels of same class.

The Manchester Airport Holiday Inn is an excellent choice when flying into/out of the Boston Area. I used it for both my arrival and departure night stays and was very satisfied. The free airport shuttle was a great bonus and the on site resteraunt was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in flying out of Boston who does not want to deal with the conjestion of Logan International.

Very friendly staff, clean, kids eat free in restaurant, cookies in lobby. We had a great stay, nice people, nice hotel, easy shuttle service to airport, cookies in lobby were a hit with the kids.

We were enroute to the White Mountains for the long Columbus day weekend, and this was the closest hotel available for a last-minute booking. The check-in was great, and the room (we stayed for only one night) was very comfortable. We wanted a non-smoking room, with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was very clean, overall well maintained. Staff was helpful as well with directions to the mall and to nearby places.

Fun and popular 50's style Diner attached. All pillows were huge and hard. They didn't have any others, although they have a pillow menu, non were available. About 10 minutes from airport. One call and there was a shuttle to pick me up within a few minutes - easy and fast! The hotel's jacuzzi was not working at the time, and they do not have a breakfast, as they have the low - cost and tasty diner attached. They do have coffee available in the lobby and in your room. All pillows were huge and hard. They didn't have any others, although they have a pillow menu, none were available. Would recommend and stay again - I don't think it deserves a three star rating - either 2 stars or 2 1/2, but I think any traveler would be pleased with the no-nonsense accommodations and eatery, and convenient location to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff friendly, printed map with directions. Clean. We were referred to a store that was closed. Very clean hotel, great comfortable beds with clean sheets. Friendly staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location was convenient because it was very close to the airport.

I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Airport. The Airport Diner is a great place to eat and a super cool experience for the little ones. Overall I will stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was clean and very large. The pool and hot tub were filthy. There was a layer of dirt on the hot tub foam. Other than the pool and hot tub, this hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was very clean and looked very nice.

The staff was the friendliest I've encountered. Can't find anything. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeping staff made sure to say hello. The rooms were attractive and very clean.
