This hotel is absolutely fabulous...The restaurant and bar were top notch. Other than being charged twice for my stay, the hotel rates a 9.5 out of 10.

Great price, much nicer in styling than typical Holiday Inn. You do hear a little plane noise (but farther from airport than other hotels so not bad at all getting to sleep). Iwas surprised. newer building. clean rooms, and excellent for price (king bed, etc. for $60 on a Sunday one night stay). Didn't try restaurant downstairs. Has pool but not use it. close to a few restaurants but not many choices (but you are close to interstate so can easily get to them). No complaints basically chose hearbecause had a meeting at adjacent hotel near airport that was $180/night so just drove there.

The staff @ this hotel was great, but somehow we got a handicap equipped room. The shower had no lip around the bottom (for wheelchairs?) and the water went all over the floor every morning!! The bath mat was soaked and if you hung it up to dry, they assumed you didn't want a fresh one. Forgot to refill the coffee basket once, but no deal-breakers.

This hotel is like a 4 star hotel!! I stayed here for one night for business. The staff was very helpful. It snowed and the clerk was nice enough to find me a cab that was running late on a Sunday night. She even lent me her ice scraper for the morning! Checking in and out was very smooth. The hotel is even prettier than the pics. The room was impecable. Breakfast was unusually inexpensive. This hotel is very close to highways and the airport. The bed was also very comfortaable. I have to return in March and I will without a doubt stay here from now on! My only reccomendation is to get black-out curtains that cover the whole window.

Stayed in a group over from London, we were here for the Ryder Cup, and had a great time. The hotel staff are 1st class, and the cocktail bar lady was fabulous......a knockout. Would love to stay again.

Clean, staff was friendly, had restaurant/bar & pool. Close to where I needed to be. Everything was good.

The hotel was very nice. Everyone there went out of their way to accomodate us. We left a small suitcase in the lobby the day we left. When we got home, we discovered that we did not have it. We called the Hotel that night, and within a day it arrived safety back to us. This was much appreciated.

You too will be surprised. The recent construction of this hotel has made it damn near 5 star. I was really impressed with the entire hotel. It's completely upscale, far different from any Holiday Inn I've ever seen. Clean, roomy, classy (probably the first time that word was associated with Holiday Inn.) Not sure if I'll ever get back to Louisville, but this would be my no-brainer choice in the future.

Clean and new. Competence of admitting clerk. Very nice clean hotel, and newer. Would go again, but after you were amazed about the hotel entrance it became apparent that the room itself was only average other than the very nice beds and pillows. Fridge and micro not in good location.

The staff was absolutely, hands-down among the best I've ever encountered. Loud conversations up and down the halls; symptom of a group-friendly hotel. This 11-month-old (as of April 2009) hotel is a great find. Location, cleanliness, and friendliness are all superior. The staff can't be beat for a genuine combination of charm and hospitality. This crew should be the example for all other moderately-priced hotels.

Beautiful decor andvery comfortable beds. Located near airport, noise from airplanes. This hotel was beautiful, for a Holiday Inn. Much nicer than what I expected. The furniture was very upscale, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great staff, nice rooms, excellent food. Noisy. Airplanes flying over at all hours, crazy noise. Great hotel overall. I would recommend. The airplane noise was only bad one night out of 5.

Very clean, the front desk staff was excellent - very friendly and accommodating. Had 'Do Not Disturb sign out and my room was entered anyways. I thought this hotel was excellent. Very clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't like the fact that my room was entered and cleaned when I had the 'Do not disturb sign on the door. Other then that my stay was great.

New, clean, nice TVs, nice pool for the small indoor type. Poor wireless internet service. Strong signal, but slow speed so that pages wouldn't open. Great place, except for the wireless internet service.
