Close to Airport, needs new carper and cleaning

Good location. Old and unattractive. Everything is functional, decent, but fairly outdated and a bit dingy.

On April 6, we had checked out of the hotel and were at the Long Beach Airport. When we realized that we had left behind a personal pillow in our room. We called the hotel front desk at 9:50 am and stated our dilemma. We were told to hold while she check with housekeeping. Minutes later we were advised that the pillow has been found. We asked if it was possible to meet us at the airport with the pillow as we had returned our rental car and had just minutes to get through TSA Security. She said she would send the pillow wiht the shuttle driver. At 10:05 AM we were reunited with our pillow. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was spotless clean, great food with fantastic view of the city, elegant swimming pool and exercise room but what really stand out is the customer service. It really exceeded my expectations.

The room was fine. It would've been nice if it had a little refrigerator in the room but the only thing that really needed to be fixed was the sliding glass door. It just needed some weather stripping because it didn't quite close all the way and it was very noisy with the airport being right there. The great thing about the hotel was that it was right next to the freeway.

In general, I am glad to have stayed here. All criterias went above expectations. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful. Love the view from the penthouse level of Panorama Restaurant with great food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice view from the top flor dining room. Good service and surprisingly good presentation and quality of dishes we ordered. High marks for an HI. Bed and pillows weren't so great. I would insist on a king bed. Staff was good and it's very convenient to Long Beach Airport.

Stayed here on a quick trip to see the Ellen Degeneres show. Just minutes away from from Long Beach airport with a very convenient shuttle!

The room i stayed in was comfortable but i one hting i didn't like was that it was 11:00 am and housekeeping was trying to open my door to clean. I was aware that check out was at 12:00pm and it was a little unconfortable to have someone opening my door. Also when i was checking out the people at the counter were not too friendly. They were arguing and it seemed like they could not handle their job, very unprofessional i would say. Over all it was o.k.

Location to LGB. Old, smelly room. I cannot imagine staying here unless you must fly in/out of LGB.

I moved to Texas and lived in Long Beach for 5 yrs. so going back and staying at this hotel I drove a million times was strange. Right across the street from airport still quiet, comfortable , clean, friendly and from someone who's traveled plenty all over the world, this is all you need for a few days stay.

Im not fussy, but this was the worst out of any motel/hotel i have stayed in, espessaly for the money i paid. The room smelled, felt unclean, spent one night here. Its also far from the main attractions, stayed here for my last night in L.A to be near long beach. Parking is free which is the only good thing.

I've stayed here in the past on quick business trips and the location was always convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at the updating of the rooms and would stay again the next time I am in Long Beach.

I had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. I was even upgraded to executive room. Great food at the restaurant. Hotel conveniently located off the 405 fwy and less than a mile to the Long Beach Airport. I will definitely stay here again next time to travel to Long Beach. Very highly recommended!

If you visit is for business and not down by the harbor this is a great choice, just off of the freeway and close to the airport and offices in the area. Dining at the top floor provides a nice view and the rooms were well maintained. I enjoyed the short visit we had and will use this hotel again.

Comfortable room, nice view. Comforters on the bed was an unexpected nice touch. I needed a room for one night stay due to a memorial ceremony in the east Long Beach area. The Holiday Inn-Long Beach Airport, was centrally located,nice room good view. I was traveling with my boy friend and it was great to have a chair with an ottoman to sit in aside from stretching out only on the bed. There was a desk, refrigerator and safe in the room. The bed was very comfortable and even had a great comforter on it instead of the usual bedspread. We ordered room service the next morning it was prompt and the food was hot and very tasty. The room is sound proofed very well, we watched jets approach from the eastern sky on their way in to land-no roar. I'll stay here again when in LB.
