I came in for business. The Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.I especially liked the shuttle from the airport, and to the river market. This is a very nice perk. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and helpful.The room was very clean and nicely updated. Great job by all!!!!

Being a hurricane evacuee, we were treated poorly. Hotel was nice. Staff needs to be made understood that they are in a hospitality business. My family was treated poorly while I was on my way home from Saudi Arabia. Manager escorted my wife out the front door and was not going to allow her to stay there because of pets, yet there were other animals in the hotel. When she called the main number for Holiday Inn, she was told to talk to the manager, who was the one that was going to not allow her to stay there.

The hotel layout is remarkable. Our room had 2 entrances/exits. An exterior door provided convenient access to parking & unpacking the car. An interior door provided easy access to other hotel features. The hotel is spaceous and clean with an extremely pleasant atomosphere and staff. The atrium indoor pool was very clean with ample seating and towells. Close to the pool is a glass enclosed gaming area and a separate glass enclosed sitting room with TV. I would say this is the best property of this type I have stayed, an excellent value for the price. We tried the Days Inn across the street first and it was unacceptable. For a few dollars more, this property was amazing!

Our room door to the parking lot had a broken lock so we had to go inside and through lobby to get into the room. The toilet wasn't stable on the floor and only 1 light in bathroom worked. Desk attendant tried to make us pay for the room although we had already been charged on our credit card, this was eventually remedied by another attendant.

The Holiday Inn at Littlerock Airport was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has just reopened after some major remodeling and it looks great. The staff was very friendly and even called me after about 30 minutes to make sure everything was OK in my room. There is a new sports bar/resteraunt on site with all the flat screens you could want. I travel quite a bit and this hotel measures up to some of the best, especially for the money.

This hotel is wonderful. The front desk staff is so friendly and they greet everyone as they into the hotel. The rooms are wonderful as well. The pillow top beds feel like you are sleeping on air. Each room comes with your own coffee maker which is great. And the 32" flat screen TV's are awesome. I will be coming back to this hotel every time I am in Little Rock.

I only have three words to describe this hotel. WHAT A DUMP. The entire building is extremely run down and the entire place reeks of pool fungus. The front desk staff is very unfriendly. The free shuttle service is a joke with 30 to 60 minute wait times to be taken anywhere or picked up. My friend and I were left stranded on night when they decided to stop running the shuttles two hours early. The room was ok but that did not make my stay any more enjoyable.

WOW, this wasn't like a Holiday Inn, it was like the Peabody. The Peabody is where we usually stay, but we were at a convention and wanted to be in the same hotel. It is brand new and classy. The service was good too. Very friendly staff, especially the reception desk in the sales office. She found us good restaurants in town and got the driver to take us to the River Market one night free of charge. I'll stay there again.

I would just like to say if your ever in Little Rock you must stay at the Holiday Inn east. The hotels has been renovated and it is beautifull. the staff is so friendly and the resturant is excellent.

The newly renovated hotel is gorgeous, they have the most friendliest staff, wonderful restaurant, quick room service, excellent rooms with 32 inch plasma flat screen tv's, very comfortable beds they also have fitness center, business center in the lobby of the hotel and they have a an Executive floor that has a Concierge lounge with it's own fitness center and business center where you can have breakfast in the morning and snacks and drinks in the evening you don't even have to leave the 6th floor everything you need is right there. I found the Executive floor to be the best and very accomodating. I will definately stay at this hotel again the customer service is outstanding!

This is by far the best Holiday Inn that I have stayed at! I do a lot of traveling and would recommed to anyone!
