This Holiday Inn is new but needs to iron out some problems. Children were running up and down the halls even on the 3rd floor and nocking on doors where people were trying to sleep. The staff at the desk was laughing and thought it was funny instead of taking care of the problem. I will not stay there again and will tell my business partners and staff of my experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and accessible. The restaurant and lounge were only open a few hours during the evening. We had a nice stay, the staff was helpful, friendly and the facilities were clean. The indoor pool was a bit too crowded for us and one had to walk through the pool area to the outside patio.

My wife came for an event at the KCI Expo and we were right there. I got to enjoy the indoor pool and really liked the cafe with TVs at each booth. The staff couldn't have been nicer and we'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff. Food was mediocre, I should have gotten a hand-cut steak Excellent service from the staff, pleasant decor, well-equipped business center and proximity to the airport make this hotel a great for business travelers. Please put AC in the business center. Although I suppose it's a time saver, I typically don't like my sauna and copy machine in the same room.

After staying at this new Holiday Inn hotel I have changed my view on the Holiday Inn brand. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accomodating to my every need. Every employee was very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I really enjoyed the TV's in the booth's. I will definitely stay at this hotel everytime I am flying out of KC because they have very reasonable prices on parking while I flew out of town. Great Hotel!!!

The lady on the front desk was EXTREMELY friendly! Too far from restaurants/shopping. This Holiday Inn was clean and attractive and the lady on the front desk was very friendly! The location was excellent as far as access to the airport, but probably in the future I will stay at one of the airport hotels a bit closer to restaurants/shopping. This is completely a personal preference and nothing against the hotel at all. I was disappointed there was no refrigerator, usually with Holiday Inns you would have one in your room. Also, the ice machine are not on every floor, only every other floor.

The free shuttle to Zona Rosa. The pool and fitness area. Nice clean hotel, the pool left something to be desired , same for the fitness area which we couldn't get into as the door was broken. The free shuttle down to the Zona Rosa town center was a big help.

Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Fan on heating unit turning off and on all night -very disturbing. Overall, was good-for the price compared to other motels/hotels in the same area-should have served free breakfast, breakfast in the restruarant wasn't that good an added $ to the overall stay. Heating/cooling unit in room worked but was annoying during the night with th fan coming on every few minutes for only a minute or two-was not a restful sleep on the very comfortable beds.

Excellent location, clean room and good breakfast. None. Very convenient from KCI airport, friendly staff, clean room and good variety of breakfast. Lots of free parking space would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was really clean and convenient to the highway. Nothing. It is a very good hotel for business travel and in this case I needed to fly in for a family funeral. The convenience of the hotel to the highway and airport were very important. Thank you!

The room was clean. They use plastic cups and I prefer glass. The staff did not seem friendly or helpful.

Friendly staff, even at 2 am in the morning. The wait staff was a little short handed with the large group of bikers that stayed same night as us. Ample parking, clean & comfortable rooms, good breakfast at hotel restaurant, staff was very pleasant.

Stained sheets were not replaced. The hotel lobby and room appeared attractive. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. However, I discovered stains on the sheets the first night. I slept on the other side of the bed and explicitly requested new sheets for night two. I was told that the sheets would be replaced, but when I returned to my room on night two, the sheets had not been replaced. I was ultimately moved to another room, which was acceptable. I would not stay here again.

Great location, great clean comfortable hotel. Nothing. Great hotel. Only complaint is that the TV in the exercise room was too high. I could not turn it so I could see it from the elliptical machine.

Staff. Parking. Hotel is joined by convention center which leaves limited parking for guest. Also, there was not an ice machine on my floor. Would not want to swim in the pool, (green). Cheap cups in the rooms. The hotel staff was great, the facility is not.

On demand movies, bed breakfast, friendly staff. No DVD player, small rooms. Nice location for the hotel,very friendly staff has indoor pool, for families with kids very nice. The rooms are little small no kitchenette and it is not the best place for romantic escapade.
