Close to airport. Restaurant is overpriced for level of food quality. This is a convenient hotel for a quick in and out of Jacksonville. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The staff and grounds / common areas were nice, BUT... Bathroom was too small and had no exhaust fan. Mildew growing around ceiling of bathroom. Carpet flooring at sink area outside bathroom was wet from what did not feel or smell like a recent leak. Did not lead to a good night's rest or relaxation.

It was great. We loved it. Nothing. A great place, friendly people,has everything, great location, very clean, close to airport.Will use it again for sure when in Jax.

Came in to late at night to get another room had to stay here but was unable to sleep. There was roaches in the first room I had and then they tried to move me next door to that room like it would not have them. Then after a while a got a better room and the end of the hall where everyone is in and out the side door to smoke so I had to listen to slamming doors all night

Close by the airport and long term parking for your car at reasonable rate. Nothing.

If you have a pet you will not be staying in the nice high rise hotel with the center atrium, restuarant and lounge. Rather you will be directed to the "old" one story section behind the main hotel. We were driving from MD to Fort Lauderdale and after a 10 hour drive decided to spend the night. I chose Holiday Inn because I felt I would get more value for my money.The old section was just that old. The odor in the room from the cleaners and sprays was sooo bad, I wanted to leave but my husband was just too tired to go any further. I developed a terrible headache from the smell and suffered the whole next day.Do yourself a favor stay in a cheaper hotel.. I have stayed in DI's and even Motel 6's that were better than this. I realize not all dog owners are vigilent, but I am and this was too much to suffer.

This hotel was dirty, service was poor,employees were not pleasant, hallways were littered with food and trays,overall a very unpleasant experience.

Common space was nice. Very old hotel and showed the wear in the rooms. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in quite awhile and I travel every other week for business. Rooms were vintage 60s decor and it was confusing on how the rooms were numbered. Hotel staff were obviously accustomed to disappointed guests and really did not care to he of much help.

Great lobby area, very nice. Bedvery uncomfortable and sheets kept slipping off thought night, gross. Air not working properly. I was disappointed in the room we stayed in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sheets did not fit it properly, so they kept slipping off. It was gross! On top of that, the air was not working properly throughout the night. It would get cold, thenextremely hot. I was not at all pleased with this hotel's room!

Clean, nice, reasonable, and convenient. Nothing. We were needing a quick 1 night stay before going on our cruise and this hotel was nice and within only 15 miles of our ship. There was a walmart and many shopping and eating places within minutes in either direction. Great!

The restaurants were nice The bathrooms smelled. The reason I gave this Hotel a 2 star rating was for the restaurants located in it. The rooms were no more than an economy hotel. They had old microwave ovens and refrigerators in an open court area on the floor in which we were staying. Along with the cleaning sprays and old dirty rags used to clean them with.

The indoor pool and great water pressure in shower (hard to find these at a hotel). Dry and unfriendly staff, everything was outdated, even rusted parts in the bathroom: old. This is the kind of place you stay if you just need a place to rest your head the night, or if you are a business traveler. There is nothing exciting about this hotel except great water pressure in the shower and an indoor swimming pool. Oh and free internet in the cafe. It is completely outdated in every way, from the room to the lobby, and comes off as dirty. The staff is mediocre and not the average, cheerful staff you normally encounter at a hotel.

Poor room service & housekeeping. Front desk staff slow to respond. I was told I was going to get my couple of nights credited/refunded-still waiting. Overall poor, was told I was going to be credited back a couple of nights still waiting for the refund!

The out sideways very nice but for whatI paidI found other hotel much newer and larger rooms. Idid not like the size of the rooms could have been more modern.
