This hotel is very well located, close to the airport, and they have good service. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel has a good service also. I would like to see some more maintenance on the Hotel, some areas seem old.

Good location / clean. Older hotel. Older, but clean and many updates. Wireless worked well. On Site eating was good. Staff was friendly. Nothing special, but it was at the level I expected.

This hotel is a dump! We found hair on the sheets, hair in the shower, no water pressure at the sink and very low pressure on the hotwater in the shower. The beds were terrible.... mattresses that felt like rock. Worst of all was the odor in the bathroom... smelled damp and mildewed. We had to keep the bathroom door shut in an attempt to keep it out of the room. Then there were the pests.... spiders to be exact. We killed several large water spiders in the room. Don't even get me started on some of the guests (?) we saw hanging out in the lobby and in the dining room. Let's just say I wish there had been more locks on the door and I had brought a weapon. I wouldn't let anyone I care about stay there alone. The only bright spot was the quality of the food in the dining room. My compliments to the chef(s)!!! My recommendation.... do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay at the Hampton Inn, Sheraton or La Quinta ( all are nearby ). You definitely don't get your money's worth staying at this Holiday Inn. A BIG Thumbs down!!

The Holiday Inn at the Houston International Airport has a very nice staff and the beds are very comfortable. The WiFi internet connection is good and seemed to be secure with the requirement to give one's name to sign onto the system. In the lobby, a guest can also use a printer for free. I was in a smoking room, which was somewhat away from the main part of the hotel. In the smoking area the hallway carpets are old and don't look very clean. Other parts of the hotel look better. Room service was good, but the menu at the restaurant and the room service menu are identical. The food was so-so, and I would gladly have paid more money for better food. Outside restaurants are not accessible without a car. The hotel's free private shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

Beds and pillows. Only thing was parking limits. I would stay here again if purchased through priceline but would not stay here for their quoted prices as there are many others in the same price range with a bit better location.

I visited this Holiday Inn next to the Bush Int. Airport while in Houston. I stay over on business travel somewhere on averag of 1 night per week 50 weeks a year. Sometimes my stayes last 2 to 3 nights and I cover all Central US and Western Canada. So you could say I'm a frequent traveler and I stay in business class to keep expenses down therby seeing alot of rooms. On to the hotel; This hotel room had the worst king bed I have ever slept on!!! It was no better than the floor... For the price I paid for that room anyone would take offense. I will not be staying at this hotel again I assure you unless I can go up and check the room out first. I thought those days were behind us as I used to do this to insure I was not being sold a bag of goods. Happy travels, KJL, Frisco, TX.

I was disappointed. In one room the bathroom left much to be desired. There were no counters or spaces to set out personal items, to the extent that my glasses fell off the toilet tank into the bowl. Clothing had to be placed on the floor. There was no plug or stopper for the sink preventing me from rinsing out clothes. There was no plug or stopper for the tub (which was a standard tub and not appropriate for a handicapped accessible room) and therefore I was unable to take a tub bath. It's a good thing I was not in a wheelchair because I could not have bathed at all. There was no vanity area at all. I suggested that the reception staff advise people when they are being placed in a room like this.

The bed was firm and supportive. The coffee (cup) maker was pitiful. Although it was a convenient location, the update that was raved about at the hotel's own web site was not accurate. The restaurant and common areas have been updated, but the rooms need much more updating to be competitive.

Was a very good expirience. Front desk personel was very professional. However the WIFI signal was low (4th floor) and slooooow.Very good airport shuttle service.

For the price I paid, I think I got good value for my money. Nothing. A good clean facility with helpful staff and a good restaurant.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When I checked in, the front desk also checked someone else into my room.. luckily his key didn't work but it was a hassle trying to tell him to go to the front desk to sort it out. The room was disgusting - VERY dirty and VERY dingy. I felt dirtier after I showered than before. On the positive side, there is a restaurant/bar attached and it is very close to IAH.

Close to airport, good service, clean, comfort bed and different kind. No breakfast. Nice, clean, quite, large room, friendly service, fast pickup and drop to airport.

"The hotel is a mess and badly needs renovating. It was dirty and nasty. Lots of rug stains, water damage. Yuk. Nowhere near worth the price I paid."

The hotel was reasonably priced and close to the airport. The room was never cleaned in the three days that I was there. The hotel was okay, but not a three star stay. No one came with towels or soap for the entire three day stay. Front desk seemed unapologetic.

"the hotel need to verify the attention of the employees, I alwals choice Holiday inn, but this in special nedd attention, not looks like the Holiday inn select near the greenway plaza, or the Holiday inn express, I give them a regular attention."

The bed in this hotel was amazing! The most comfortable I have ever slept on. There could be more drawers for clothes or baskets or something. The element is an amazing hotel! It will meet all of your needs, and then some. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the bed was truly amazing to sleep in. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the fountain/firepit in the evenings. I will definitely stay here again.

The roominess and the the business desk. The shower was cold and the A/C unit was noisy. Thenewly significant issue I had at the hotel as the cold shower and it was corrected very quick and the gave me two free breakfast buffet to make up for the inconvenience.
