I was disappointed with this. When we checked in at 10 p.m., the person checking us in appeared to be coming down off of a long drug binge. She was bouncing, twitching and just looked... grungy... for lack of better words. The room was a smoking room, not a non-smoking like we requested. They did fix this immediately, which was good. Overall, it was an OK hotel, but not quite worth what we paid. I hope that they get better staff in the future. I would only stay here if I HAD TO BE right next to the hotel, because it was only a block away.

We found the rooms clean and comfortable. We wanted to be close to the airport to fly out early in the am. House keeping called to verified that we had everything we needed. The dinning room and the staff was very helpful.

This was supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but the layout was not friendly, the air conditioning didn't work, and none of the ice machines worked either. The hotel was dirty, dark, and very disappointing.

Great location! Clean, newer rooms and the beds are like a cloud - when I got back home, believe it or not I missed the hotel bed. Rooms service was quick and the food was tasty and hot. I did not like the decor of the restaurant but the staff told me that they are re-doing the restaurant very soon. Not a lot to do in the area, but some shopping at the mall. Yosemite National Park is near by, but my trip was too short to visit this time. I will visit Yosemite and Kings Canyon next trip. Great Tex Mex place down the street - best burrito ever!

Holiday Inn Fresno Airport is going through a remodel that made it difficult to find a parking space due to equipment and storage containers blocking the spaces. The breakfast buffet was terrible and was expensive especially having to pay full price for Kids. Need more help with check in. Took 50 minutes then was given a room that the roof leaked and the floor was all wet. Had to wait for a maintenance person then ended up having to change rooms so I had to wait another 50 minutes to get another room. Pool area had no towels and the jacuzzi was cold. My kids did not have a good time due to a seminar being held out by the pool so they were told not to make any noise. Get Real! Very unhappy.

The convenience of being across the street from the airport is great! The rooms look like they are new and they are spacious! The bed was very comfortable. I only used the restaurant for breakfast and it was quick with good food and friendly service. I will definitely stay again when in town on business.

The Holiday Inn was very comfortable and quiet, even though it was right across the street from the airport. The location was excellent if you're flying because it's so easy to get to and also close to main streets of Fresno. Very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The ease for access was perfect for my daughter and I. It seemed like a hop,skip and a jump from airport to car to hotel which is directly across the street. We ate there once and the meal was adequate not fancy Again it was convenient. We were not anxious to go out in the over 100 degree heat so we were happy to have the closeness. We useed the pool(indoor) and enjoyed the cool water. all in all it was anice stay.

The rooms were better than other Holiday Inn hotels I've been to. We went down to swim, there were no towels, I asked the front desk, the reply was sorry we don't have any towels. Very bad answer. This hotel ratings should be moderate 2 stars.I like my Priceline account but not sure how to handle my next hotel reservation. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Right across the street from airport, good freeway access. Air conditioning unit was loud and staff wouldn't fix or move me. Good for business. Close to freeway and close to airport terminal.
